I have a Galaxy S4. The apps won't load. It says it stopped working. I tried clearing RAM, removing recent app activity, restarting phone. Still won't work. I gave 3 stars because I still have hope that this will eventually work. But if I can't get it to work in 2 days, it's going down to 1 star.

Only shows the startup screen en then closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled but does is again. Can not use the app for what it was inteded. Pity.

Not that interesting really, just a couple of poor quality videos..

IT DIDNT EVEN not meet any expectations cuz it didnt do anything, cant find any list of compatable devices, what a disapointment, I guess I shouldnt have expected"cool" from a big name like warner brothers?

I can't even download the load app on my updated Samsung Galaxy S5. Which is a shame, as I just bought The Hobbit The Battle of Five Armies special edition soundtrack and I really would like to unlock the enhanced content within the album...

Doesn't work

This doesn't work on my android and came up as a fricken virous dang it i had to get a new phone and rate this one star bc i couldn't rate it no stars. But its a failure.

Works great on HTC faster than the computer

All I did was open the app,but then it returns back to the play store.

I understand that others may be having issues with their versions, but mine works just fine. It's cool to have some bonus features connected to my copy of the CD, and I will play with it to find everything included. However, I'm really disappointed with the video quality and sound. I can find a couple of videos on youtube, and the quality is much better. Overall though, it's a cool bonus feature.

Just opens and acts like a camera. Instructions say works for 'selected android devices', but no list provided. I guess my nexus 7 isn't selected.

But every time I tried to use it, it said another program was using the camera. Even after I closed all the programs, including camera. I'll reboot and try it but I shouldn't have to. Worked after rebooting, but only got a preview for a movie I've already seen.

I downloaded the app and when I open the app it just plays the intro and then shuts off. Hopefully it is just a bad download, so I am going to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.

Despite what other reviewers said, there IS more content than just the trailer. Try the app on other pages besides the cover to see it. Lots of behind the scenes stuff.

I have the Hobbit an unexpected journey and the Hobbit the desolation of Smaug on special edition. I want to see the artwork come to life. But the app just opens with the intro and then closes. This needs to be fixed.

Shows the trailer and that's it. Cool idea, but the content is lacking. I could easily jump on YouTube and get the trailer.
