Set a target:
1) Press 'SET A TARGET' at top of screen
2) Find substance, for example Cigarette
3) Input maximum amount for this week (7 days from when you start)
4) Input amount it will cost you
If you stay under this target then SafeChoice will display Money Saved and Life Saved with the amount.

Before downloading this app my life was a complete mess. I've been an alcoholic with a slight drug problem for several years now since my abusive ex husband left me with two kids to raise on my own. But since going to AA meetings and keeping track of my substance abuse through Safe Choice my life has been turned around :) Thank you Safe Choice!
