NOTE: This is a receiver installed on Android devices such as Boxes or TVs to receive media sent from your Apple devices, PC, and Android devices via AirPlay or DLNA protocol. It's not a sender. If the app doesn't work perfectly on your device, please CONTACT us via email(waxraindev@gmail.com), and we will try our best to solve it. Whether we could solve the problem, we can make a REFUND.
NOTE: You should uninstall other AirPin versions before installing this one.
Either AirPlay or DLNA is just a media controlling protocol, and it just sends the playback address to the inner media player in the firmware of your device. So the compatibility depends on the stability of network and the performance of your Android or sender device. It may not work so well either if your wireless router is too old.
If you install it on Android 3.1 or greater, please do run this app at least once after installation or update, then the auto-boot service can be registered to the Android system.
Once the app is installed and started on your boxes or your TV, it runs in the background waiting to receive the media you send to it from another device. Just like you would for a DLNA/UPnP enabled TV.
Send screen, music, videos, or pictures from your iPhone/iPad/Mac via Apple's AirPlay(Videos shot by iPhone/iPad/iPod's camera may not be played smoothly for it has a very large file size).
Or use your Android Phone/Tablet/PC with a compatible DLNA/UPnP app/program to send media directly to or stream from a home media server to "AirPlay/DLNA Receiver" installed on your Android device or phone.
Your "AirPlay/DLNA Receiver" device will show up in your other devices app/program as "ITV@" followed by a number. This is the identifier you will send your media to using your other devices. Follow your third party app/program's instructions on how to send media from them.

I have this on my 2016 4K Bravia and its an awesome app almost enough for me to remove my ageing Apple TV from my setup, however there is one little thing this app doesn't do that the Apple TV does and that is Dolby Digital passthrough. I have some files in iTunes that when played over Airplay to the Apple TV i get lovely full 5.1 Dolby Digital surround, however via this app i only get stereo. I hope that Dolby Digital passthrough get implemented soon, if so this will be the PERFECT Airplay app to replace the Apple TV.

This app allows me to mirror my iPad or iPhone without any issue to my Sony 4K Android TV. Quality is excellent, sometimes better then Chromecast. One hint for better performance: use Ethernet or good quality wifi on receiver device.

I previously gave this a 4 out if 5 for audio issues 6 months ago but since then they have fixed there issues and have great customer service. I had issues connecting to the fire TV with my Mac and I received a very fast response to my issue and they solved it almost immediately. Great product, great service. My one suggestion is for you to have a decent Internet connection but that is it.

This app works as well or better than my Apple TV for receiving streams and mirroring from my Ipad (IOS 9.3.5) to my Matricom and Element TV boxes(KIT KAT 4.4.2) Visit the developer's website and download the pro trial version for free. Unlike Apple TV, the aspect ratio is correct in full screen mode. This app is exactly like having an Apple tv on your android set top box. *Note * This app was hit and miss streaming from my Ipad to my android phone, but that's not why i got it.

Works great between my iPhone 7 Plus and my LG G Pad X as well as my ZTE Spro 2 Projector. Tried a few and this was the only one that worked, including AirPlay Mirroring, which was the main reason I wanted it. The only thing missing is the automatic orientation - the app should learn to rotate when its displaying a portrait mirroring in landscape mode and vice-versa. Instead of getting a pico projector and an Apple TV, my ZTE Spro 2 is now the combination of the two in a single unit.

This app has great features. I love its ability to use the hardware's video capabilities which uses any video player installed, but it is still in experimental mode and doesn't pass through the audio yet. Do this, and it will be perfect.

I just installed this App (the PRO version !) on my Philips SmartTV. Airplay now works great from iPhones/iPads including those with the latest iOS 9.2 version, as well as from newer Apple computers with the actual Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan. I can stream Photos, Movies or just the entire screen content. It was worth purchasing the PRO version, because the LITE version did not work with these newer versions of Apple's operating systems. (the LITE version however works with older devices still running iOS 8).

Mirroring from my iPhone 7 to my LeEco X4 55 TV (built in android in TV) works great, just watched a Supercross event in HD mirrored from iPhone via some website. Also tested YouTube and get HD. Exactly what I needed. $5 well spent. Great App!
