It used to work. Now it won't open at all. I can't view my profile and policy.

This app used to work, but it suddenly was telling me my policy was canceled. I called and my policy was fine, but app won't work now.

Electronic submissions not permitted in my region. How are only two regions "California/Oregon" and "Quebec" supported? What an odd combination. Wawanesa needs to get their back end in order. It's a useless app as all I can do is call 911. I won't be using this app to call 911.

Asks for an email/password, but WHAT email/password? Wawanesa site uses a policy # and last name. Hmmm...maybe they mean the EZpay site, it uses a password. Ah..but oops, they require a username, not an email. Gee, maybe I go back to the Wawanesa site for email & password info. Eh...nope, no profile info at all. WTF? Somewhere, Somebody, missed Something. Either that or why all the mystery bout the email/password? Didn't anyone actually TRY this mess before pushing it out? Don't go cheap on the app!

Was able to log in using gmail account but couldn't link my Wawanesa account to the app. This app is useless. Also the California website doesn't show where to find proof of insurance document. I emailed them because I don't feel like waiting on hold for 20+ minutes this morning. Great job Wawanesa!

Can't have access for proof of policy... should be able to see that at least! How about adding the ability to make payments! I hate ezpay ....not so easy! Always have issues if you're not signing in from desktop computer! :/

Their website sucks so it's no surprise that their mobile app does too. I'm not sure why they can't seem to get either right. Can't even log into their mobile app - I've tried using both my account number and the policy number but without success.

Login asks for email address...website doesn't require email address. When I click on forgot password it doesn't recognize my email..obviously. Uninstalling

App crashes immediately upon startup. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Last update 16 months ago?

Everytime I try to open the app it crashes. I have a OnePlus 3t. I also wish it would show all members covered under the plan, not just the main person!

Tried putting all info requested in and it doesn't work. I don't have access to a desktop all the time to view my policy/billing.

Dumb thing should give an example of the policy # it's asking for. The account # with dashes is not what it's asking 4. It's asking for the policy # which is 8 digits with no dashes.

Not sure why everyone is giving this app 1 star. I simply logged in with my Google+ account and added my policy number. That's it. Pretty simple. Just gotta read. Took about 5 minutes.

Kind of a pain to set up but works quite well once it's done.

Would rate a five if I can pay my policy with in the app. Get with the times.

The app will not even launch

I was able to before. It is a cool feature to have, but now it says my region is locked.

Don't waste your time.

Nothing is available in my region. What is the point? I used to have a profile and insurance info, but now nothing is available.

It freezes all the time. Is it Marshmallow compatible?? I just updated my phone and it used to work all the time when I had Lollipop. Now it just freezes nonstop.

Will not pull up my information. Needs an update to correct this problem.

I would like to see a way to pay my policy via app. Check coverages and show my insurance cards.

It works. Definitely not as smooth and feature rich as it could be, but it does provide proof of insurance card
