Online ordering forces you to buy gift cards. Don't expect to just be able to place an order and pay for it in store. Or even be able to pay with your credit card in the app. You are forced to buy a Wawa gift card to utilize online ordering - and ironically, it will let you pay for THAT with your credit card on your phone, and even stores your card info . Why not just let the user pay for the order in store or with their on file CC? To top it off, after 15 minutes of creating an account, logging into the app, and trying to load a gift card, it gave an error and said to try again in 2 days. Not very convenient or time saving.

Mobile ordering should've made my life easier but it doesn't. The idea is to get in and out, but since they don't start anything until you get there and the employees take a while to get moving, it pretty much takes the same amount out of my lunch break.

DISAPPOINTED. Online ordering finally turned on for my Android version. DOES NOT WORK. The customization wheel does not function correctly. Moves a little bit but snaps back into place. Can only select what initially displays on customization wheel. Useless for ordering.

I like being able to pay with my card or phone instead of dealing with change. It's easier and faster at busy times. I don't bother with the mobile ordering because I rarely order prepared food, just coffee. Wawa has the best coffee.

I LOVE Wawa, and I do really like the app. However, there is one thing I wish was different about the app. It rarely shows my accurate balance that's linked to my card. I have to reload it in order for it to update which is sometimes misleading. Otherwise, it's great!

Updating prior review. The development team reached out to me and fixed the crashing issues. Originally, I have this app a 2 due to the crashing issues. Now that the app is working I find it easy to use and navigate.

Such a friendly inviting environment with lots of tasty goodies.My favorite is the coffee morning noon and night since my shifts at work fluctuate from overnights to morning to evenings. Always personable and something for everyone, even in my picky family!! Thanks wawa framily

Seriously give up on this having to have a Wawa gift card to do everything, it's stupid and since I spend a fortune here I shouldn't be held to a gift card to earn rewards

App forces use of gps to select store. No app should ever do that. Forced use of gift card is a cheap way to get around CC PCI compliance. Can't buy alcohol or tobacco with gift card so have to ring those transactions up separately. Food from kitchen isn't made until paid for, and you must pay at the register with barcode on phone after using your "special" gift card. So what's the point of using the app for food ordering. Honestly the app makes things more inconvenient than convenient

I use it every day to get my morning fix of coffee. Makes this pit stop a little bit quicker. It's also nice to rack up the bonuses! Gotta love Wawa!!

Forcing the gift card link is ludicrous. I don't want another debit card. Just use Android pay and stop trying to be different. I'll never use​ this app.

Can't sign in. Keeps saying invalid email.

Mobile ordering could be better, it doesn't save you anytime because your order is not started until you arrive at the store and if there's a line waiting you fall in line behind the one's that are waiting.

Requiring customers to buy a gift card to order via app is silly. Uninstalling... Time wasted.

App is worthless, can't do anything unless you register a gift card.

Why does the wawa app need access to my photos and contacts? Spyware!

Needs better rewards, keeping getting 2$ off a classic or shorty, been using this app since 2015, you have to give better rewards
