I cannot speak any more positive of this company. When I emailed them on an issue I was having the tech support called me & walked me thought the issue. A fix was put out within a few weeks. If you are a company police agency or a security agency and you are mobile, then the line of products from Wave Systems will work well for your company. What was a test has come to a purchase and a download of all programs this company has to offer and now my agency use it. I look forward to future programs and updates.

We use this app in our photo studio when we are looking for an item for a shoot ie. A particular type of car in a specific color etc . A model with a specific trait ie. Over six feet. Under six feet etc. We can fill this out and send it via email to all the staff members and we can help each other achieve their goal for the shoot. Being able to change the fields of Officer name and badge number to something like employee and id number would make this app absolutely perfect for us.

Tried everything but i cannot add an image. Paid for this app specifically for this reason and it doesn't work.

4.5 really? I paid for this app to get more information regarding the amber alert that JUST went off.... but I received NOT ONE record (by "clicking on the search button as decribed in the instructions")?! I even tried entering a few names that should pull up locally. When calling the company number (listed in a previous post) I was greeted with a VM to leave a message for a return call (no human responds to any of the extensions-btw). If I dont get a call back with a good answer... I'd like a refund... thank you. I will gladly change my rating if it turns out theres a way to make it work (on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5).
