Invoice by Wave

The app is great for doing invoices, and is well designed overall. I do highly recommend it and love using wave for my small business. However I find it a bit unresponsive when trying to select certain buttons. I do also wish that there was a way to have all functionality of the full site in an app rather than 2 separate apps to do invoices and receipts but then being forced to go to the full site to do other things.

App worked fairly smoothly except it failed to send first invoice without explanation. Then app closed unexpectedly. It did save my invoice so I did not have to regenerate it. Also the search function for adding items to the invoice seemed a bit glitchy. It seemed to pull in many items that had nothing to do with search parameters requiring me to scroll to the bottom and select "load more items" repeatedly. Overall it's certainly better for phones than trying to use the website via a browser. I understand this clearly says "Invoice" but perhaps soon it will be able to provide Estimates as well.

This app has been a great tool to help me start my small construction business, but it/I needs more. For example... I want to send pictures and other attachments with estimates, that's one thing. Waveapp is great for getting started, but I need MORE.

I use the full site on my desktop and I'm really digging it. I own a small business doing dog training and this app makes it so easy for me to track my clients, their charges, and payments. Its super user friendly, comprehensive, and I can't wait till they release the whole site as a mobile app.

So far I have really enjoyed the app. I don't like paying fees on payments however the app is free and makes payments convenient for clients so that outweighs the inconvenience of payment fees.

Been using this app for over 4years now and it's been great. Sure there have been some short comings over the years but they keep up and improve constantly.

Unable to produce estimates with mobile app, have to wait till I'm back at my pc. Makes app on phone ok(ish) could be better.

I was using quickbooks and changed to wave and wow I am so glad I did!!! This app is the best one for my business by far! It's great for doing invoices and easy to use. I totally recommend wave to any business owner :)

It's a great system to use and very simple to learn. Only problems so far is when uploading bank statements it would crash and make me sign in all over.

Easy to use. You can quickly create and modify invoices on the go. It can be a little buggy with not selecting the default email for receipts, but that is a minor issue for me.

It's ok found it a bit difficult to edit business details. Need to be able to send invoices via mobile numbers and sync with phone contacts.

Having just started a small business venture for my retirement to keep myself busy i find the app covers all the bases and more. It is easy to navigate and has alot more to offer than one would think. I have been using it for a few months now and am learning more about how wave can make my life easier

found some things I would like to have after generating one invoice: *integration of customer info to copy directly from phonebook/email account /both. *CC and BCC options made available when sending invoice. or sending to at least two emails for each invoice.

Had the app for quite a while, but never used it.when I finally set up my business with it ,I found this app ,simply great. Easy,and no guess work, thanks

Wasted money on an inferior program that can't do as much as this. Really handy for on the job invoicing & simple to use on both app & desktop.

New to the platform & love the app so far! Kind of surprised it can't also be used to send estimates. Seems like a relatively simple feature and a major app oversight for field oriented service businesses.

I use the full site on my PC and I LOVE it , I only wish the app had the full functionality. Which seems to be a reoccurring sentiment in the reviews.

Overall a very good user interface and easy to work with based on the 1 trial invoice and receipt I sent to myself. Would be much better if you allowed 3rd party payment such as Stripe to collect payment.

Great app to compliment the full waveapps website. Loving modern based accounting. I dreaded doing my accounts with sage everytime. Waveapps is so simple.

Fantastic app. My invoicing is now so simple. Partial/deposit payment invoices could have been simpler, it took me a while to understand. But everything else was straight forward.

Since the updates a few months ago both the invoice and receipts app completely freeze and make the apps unusable on both Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy Note 8

Very good app. They need to make an estimates app also. App sometimes runs slow and take a while to open initially.

I'm very impressed by the application and it's ease of use and love the idea that one can now submit invoices from device as well. Work towards being able to do everything like on the PC version, and it would make it evan better for many people like myself who run their businesses from their devices.

Works well for invoicing, perfect for small businesses. Desktop version is required for other bookkeeping functions which are as good, if not better than many paid-for programs.

I love it but can't enjoy all the future's on it in my country (nigeria) can you make it work with my Nigeria banks.

99% perfect my only issue if you could say it was one is I would like to be able to edit customers details and possibly the function to add photos too the invoice would just make it a tad easyeir to track jobs (i dont all ways remember every customer but i know the job if it had a photo) 5 and 6 days week each day haveing 1,2 Or even 3 diffrent jobs each day I tend to lose track of jobs but the app keeps everything in order. Like the fact you can see when they view their invoice no excuses for not saying they haven't recived the invoice

Really good, nearly perfect. The layout needs to be a bit cleaner and it would be really great if you could view pie and bar charts from the app but you need to log onto a browser to see those. Other than that I really like this ap

I was looking for an app to make my invoicing easier but this doesn't really fit the bill. I work for several people but bill by the day usually and often work more than one and bill by the month. I really want something that can integrate with Google calendar but this doesn't even have a calendar.

This app would get 5 stars if it included the ability to create estimates as well as invoices. Otherwise handy when you can't get to the web app easily.

Helps me manage my business and focus on what's owed in a timely manner. This app has taken me to the next level with my company and how customers view me. It makes a small business look really good when you can invoice, send estimates and give receipts.

Its a great app, hope to see credit onto a customer rather than just an invoice only because the advance payment or excess payments where refund has to be carried onto the next invoice is not available

Do the job perfectly. I ve been using the desktop version since a while. And I am very happy to have the mobile app to send reminder or urgently prepare an invoice/send a receipt while I don't have access to my computer

Really great app. As a sole trader it's great to have a free yet professional looking system! Easy to setup and track. Great alternative to Xero for small businesses as it's FREE. I only use it to create and send invoices at this stage. Highly recommend.

Sending invoice to my client 7/10 times they will said they didnt received. I dont know what happening. Please fix!! Come on!! I sent 3 invoices, non of them received!

This is an amazing app an web software, everything you need and more to issue invoices for your costumers and payroll if you have employee. As a small young business the free version is more then I can wish for.

Great app as I'm always on the go! Just can't see my estimates from the app, so I have to go on my computer for that!

I've been using wave for company invoices for just over a month now and I've been very impressed, this mobile app makes my life even easier. Well worth trying for anyone with a small business.

If are running a small business, GO for it. Don't hesitate. It's FREE! This app and the whole desktop version are serving me well. Waaaay better than the other paid apps
