WAVE 3 Louisville Weather

I absolutely love the WAVE 3 Weather App! I use it every single day to check the forecast before I go anytime​ im going someplace. And the weather alerts are the best because they make sure you have the most accurate and up-to-date weather going on in your exact location

I hate the useless notifications that I constantly receive. Example..."Its going to be warm today ". "Its going to cool today". How do I turn this off? Otherwise, the weather info is good.

Very useful and accurate. The forecasts are on-point. I always turn to this any time I need to go somewhere, especially when leaving for work.

I like the app overall. I wish I did not get notifications that it was clear outside. I have noticed since getting my Samsung S8+ the app seems to launch for no reason when I unlock my phone.

Great app, but the clock on the radar keeps reading central time

I had *loved* this app. Quick loading, great nutshell view, text blog. Now it's video blog (not good if you can't have volume up or for a quick scan), the hourly/10-day forecast is broken up by ads and video clips. Worst part by far, though, is the SPOKEN ALERTS!!! Yes, of course, I would like my phone to TELL ME if there's a severe weather event. But to interrupt my interaction with a client at work to tell me "WE HAVE A NEW POST IN THE BLOG. CLICK TO HEAR ABOUT THE GROUNDHOG."? Hell to the no.

Since last update, this app is keeping my OnePlus 3 awake in the background almost constantly. Please fix this as I can't use the app anymore until you do. It will use too much battery keeping the phone awake.

It will pour down rain then when it stops I get a notification saying heavy rain in your area. Radar never works and the weather temps are always wrong... Update app still doesn't work. Always says failed to update the weather or whatever else its suppose to do. So now I have deleted the app and found better elsewhere and no it's not fox 41 because Weinberg and everyone else are stupid there as well

Too many ads that take up valuable screen space. I used to like this app. But, with each iteration comes new annoyances. Since I always backup my APKs, I'll be reverting an ad free version.

Among many issues you guys cause when reinventing the wheel. No date is displayed on any day on daily tab. Currently it shows the month/Ellipsis (...) Smaller font would solve it. Update 12/27/16 No improvement, still displays ...

Was good. Updated now can't even use the thing more than 10 seconds before it crashes. Useless at this point.

Used to love it. Now I hate it. Sad, really. Those were the days.

Too many ads. Needs to combine school closings.

I have used this app for years and absolutely love the radar and its accuracy. Not happy with the recent updates that send me interesting notifications and when I click on them video (with audio) automatically launches--both commercials and blog videos. This makes me hesitate to open it when I'm at work or in meetings. Please make audio/video something I control.

The ad formatting is unbearable. I could write a dissertation on this but it wouldn't make any difference. Bottom line.. this app has the exact same framework and features as WLKY. The location setting screens, alert options etc. All the same. The only difference is here you get to hear Kevin's forecast.. and you get flooded with ads every time you use the app.

Not anymore. Uninstalling. Way too many ads. Spending as much time dealing with ads as I do getting weather news. That's not OK. I realize they need revenue, but they've gone over the top greedy with recent updates. Took good app & ruined it. Bye.

This app updated to "mostly" large, annoying ads vs. informative weather. It's just ridiculous. STOP IT! I couldn't take anymore. Now I have a new app.

Because of the recent addition of ads, I have deleted this app after faithfully using it for several years. Disgusted with this app's frequent and lengthy ads, I decided to look at the weather apps offered by Louisville's other TV stations. With this app, I had to endure a 30-second commercial to watch a 1:11 forecast. With the WDRB app, I watched completely ad-free 2:55 forecast that was more informative and educational than anything I've ever seen from Wave3. Dump the ads and get the WDRB weather app!

Loved live radar and then you allowed all the ads and it's not easy to check out why you downloaded app in first place. And it constantly has alerts that are not life threatening.

Updated app and now it won't open. Uninstalled and installed again. Same problem... sucks esp when there is a tornado warning for my area today :(

Work almost perfect no ads or issues or really any problems I trust and recommend this app.

It has started crashing when I try to open videos since the latest update (it was fine before). And now there are ads before the videos? Not cool... Wave 3 is still my favorite weather team but the app is going a little downhill in my opinion.

The wave 3 weather app is pretty nifty in some aspects...I love that I can setup weather alarms and that they're local alarms. I love that! Plus I love my wave 3 Weather team! Shout out to Brian Goode & Kevin Harned! The things I do not like: the advertisements & the way the new app is set up...it scrolls too fast and makes it difficult to select what you're trying to view. I probably would use a different weather app if I wasn't so attached to my wave 3 weather team lol.
