Spent the past two hours trying to make a purchase but the app keeps crashing over and over again. Also when I am at the last stage of making payment it just gives me a blank page and never ever loads. Super fed up. Really laggy.

All promo codes cannot work! Don't bother to install this app. Watson should test this app thoroughly before releasing this app, it's seriously wasting consumers' time!

I do try to log in but they keep saying i put the wrong pasword....then i reset to the new one after that they said my acct was blocked????? Seriously

Unable to make payment via mastercard and even ibanking. Cant even purchase my product. Spent atleast 15mins trying it but still futile

Tried to register, but no matter how I tried to enter my watson card number or scan, it doesn't grant me access and keep showing invalid number or something. Useless app. Don't bother downloading it!

The app is laggy in performance. Unable to add items to cart and wishlist. Keep receiving the Unauthorized error message. Please work on this if you'd like your customers to use the application. Thank you.

so annoying to use it stops my music if im listening while i open it and the best thing is, I can't even close the full sceen banner telling me about the 5off promo so the app is essentially a music-stopping wallpaper. I think this can be a helpful app but there's clearly a lot of work to be done.

I spend 5doallr buy member card and unable link it to my members and i log out, try log in again but i forgot password. After few time unable i click reset. Thia stupid app still block me even i reset my password. Well who like to waste time on this app just go ahead. Rubish app

How to go cardless when your app is not even showing my latest points balance. The app is showing points summary as at 01 Jan 2014. That is 2 years old data.

Since the latest update, whatever I try to do jut says "unauthorised". I can't even see my own card info or balance.

Please update your app. Slow. Hang. Wait for few minutes yet still page is blank when i click on search product or your campaigns or even the side column on the left. I was expecting to choose from categories.

Worse app ever. Tried to help my mum activate her card and it keeps redirecting me here and never completing the activation. And when i attempted to log in again,it says her account is now blocked due to excessive log in attempts?! Wtf. Rectify your stupid problems please.

Hi. can you guys fix the app. it keeps crashing. And the promotion says 3 pieces for 33% off but I can only select two to put in the basket?? !!!

Just like what other member says, the member account could not be login, the page is totally blank with no products in it. Not user friendly.

The shopping cart is always empty...even the website have problem with login..people it's better to use Guardian Pharmacy
