Been typing the password for almost 30 minutes, Invalid characters & what does it mean by Long numeric and uppercase?!Tried so many types of passwords still cannot. Please! Please redo the password system or at least give a hint on how the password should be. Thank you!

Rubbish app i met ever. Placed my order for one week ago, thru this app but still haven get receiving it yet. Tried to call customer service, and no one else to pick up the phone. Poor service

Rubbish shopping. keep said password not valid for register because need numeric and 8-15 character. Even I Make hundred times different password also same cannot. I give up this online store.

I've tried to register or login but the application always denied my password. And I tried the same ones by using my laptop, and its okay. I logged in through desktop, and its fine. But when I tried to log in through the apps, it says i've key in wrong email or card no. Eventhough I key in the right email and card no.

What happened to your Application? It's been used quite a few months with keep purchasing. Now, suddenly need keep login every time. This is very inconvenience caused. Some more, my friend just bought a new card to join as membership also cannot. Then, my purchased from 1st April until now without any update even message through FB or Email. The App is great to use and convenience, pls do check and upgrade your system and service with fast act.

This whole card activation thing sux big time. Whether it is through app or website, the activation code never came. And the Hotline operator misled you by saying the code actually is the 6-digit figure at the back of the card. I filled in my details at the counter and now being asked to do it again before card activation. How redundant. And the best part is, the card is still not being able to be activated yet.

This is actually a great apps but still can't fully register as membership even i've done applying on a link membership sections.. Still does'nt give a 6 digit to activate full membership.. Perhaps the next update should fix this problem..

Im try to login with my id, can't access so i call the customer service for 1 hour.. no body answer the call i send emal but no reply.. i never seen such service in my life.. such a disappointment

Tried to log in for d very first time after bought d card but cant log in as it it keep telling invalid id and email! Been trying for 30 minutes!!!Called up customer service hotline but no answer! Useless!!! Wasted my money!!!

All I know is that I've reset-ed my password a billion times and logged in but to no avail. This App doesn't work at all, man. What a disappointment.

I couldn't even login at the first place. I keyed in the 6-digit pin number which it first gave me. But it wouldn't accept the first pin number. So i requested for a new pin number by sending in my phone number. But after that, I waited for around 2 days or more, I still didn't receive my new pin number. I tried requesting the new pin number again, and this time I double checked the phone number before I send in, and I even screenshot my phone number. I send in my phone number. And my new pin number still hasn't arrive yet. How am I going to sign in or log in if I don't have the pin number. I spent 12 ringgit to buy the member card because I would like to enjoy the benefits rendered by Watson. But it seems like Watson haven't even done much in upgrading it's app which is a very crucial instrument to boost company reputation and enhance sales, productivity and strengthen the market domestically or internationally. I do hope the corporation can fix this problem as soon as possible. I have spent my money and I didn't get my service which had been promised by Watson. Therefore, I need my pin number right now to activate my account. I give Watson another 3 days. If not, I am so gonna uninstall this app and boycott the Watson corporation and Watson product by reporting it in Facebook or any social media website. Don't try my patience. This is an awful attempt and disgusting effort put forward by Watson. I hope the flaws can be amended immediately. Thank you

I had made my payment 2 days ago and there no any updation of my order status and the status is no transaction. I also email to customer service yeaterday but there is no any reply! when I call to customer service for few times but no answer! really BAD EXPERIENCE! This kind of business way, I think I won't purchase again for next time. I want my REFUND! thank you.

This app is totally crap. Too much hassle when I want to register. I managed to register an account but failed at stupid VIP membership since it requires the goddamn sms pin that doesn't work at all. Even a crap is better than this app.

Not everything they have it online. Never manage to buy due to payment gateway problem. What's the point promoting online exclusive then? Very frustrating

Well...try to log in but failed i don't know why, so uninstalled it. Not hate but maybe i can go nearest store..its better right.

Tons of problem with the app where it will crash whenever you try to access your cart which have been added with multiple items, in stock items having the whoopsie error when trying to be added to the cart and old Watsons member card can't be linked to the app at all. Avoid!

Try to contact your customer service tel no answer at all. I already use your app to purchase online and payment already confirmed but my account shown no transaction. What happen? Bad customer service. I want my refund

Waste of time downloading n installing it. Keep on prompting d initial password is wrong when in actual fact has keyed in correctly.

Pls fire your app developer and your staff in charge of this project. User experience is worst than watching a grandma giving birth. Fact. Stop scamming ppl to pay for your membership.

Whats wrong with this app? Ask me to change card to vip..ok so i creat new acc... When creating new acc this stupid app even ask me to use another ic number? Wat the hell with that? U think i hve more than one ic?

It is said in the information given to me that I can register my watson vip card through the app. Have been waiting for the pin number sms for vip membership registration and didn't received any. Will uninstall soon if problem's are not fixed.

Why I dont receive any messages about my 6 digit pin? Ive been waiting for the 6 digit pin for such long time. There's even no messages that give me the number of the pin. Help me please

Failed to login. Suruh masukkan password belakang card tapi tak boleh ntah apa2 pulak. Macam mana nak update 8 -15 numeric kalau 1st login pon tak lepas .

The 6 digits code given is invalid. Useless for purchasing and installing this app. Login is available but what's the point of buying this membership card if the VIP membership is unavailable?! Watsons Malaysia, please fix this problem ASAP!

You have to improve your first time registration part. I keyed-in everything you asked but message prompted out asking me to use a different email address even though it is my first time signing up. Also the message asked me to use a different IC number. What do you mean, do I have so many IC numbers???????

I choose "not sure" as answer for all questions given & u know why. yes. yes. because I couldn't register as a member at all, it keep on saying that i entered invalid card number or password bla bla bla. please fix it fix it fix it fix it

So many people complain yet not improve. Unable to log in even though id & pw are correct.

Junk app. Keep asking for 8 characters password although I can login perfectly fine from web store using 6 characters password.

For everyone can't log in like me.. You should use the same email when u first got your card then click forgot password n creat New password even first time log in tho the apps..

Hundred time I'm try to login to my account but keep saying invalid email / card and invalid password. But on desktop I can login as well. What happen to your apps. Please fix this rubbish problem. Tq

Why every time if I wanna do my password is always a problem with this app and then I wanna register is also hard or sickening to see how many times I need to follow the instruction to do my password .

I have fill in everything to activate my card. At the end, it requested me to key in the pin number that it said already sent to me which I never received. This is such rubbish apps
