CanCan - Order WaterCan Online

You guys send too many SMSes when push notifications would serve the purpose. And the app could use some polish. That aside, good service. Keep it up!

I ordered two cans yesterday, today by 11.30am I got two cans at my door step. Thanks for immediate action as water is the essential thing for a command man. Same service to be continued in future also..... Expected

I have ordered 2 water cans for first time at 1pm for 5 to 9pm slot but till now no water cans have been delivered. At least they have not updated any status by call that they will deliver tomorrow or not. So that we can go for other alternatives. Then what is the use of having slots in app.

Need lot of good brands mineral water companies to be added. So we can choose the best one.. as of now only two brand is there...

My always go to app for good quality water and brand new water cans with superb service.... Keep up the good work guys you are excellent...

You can extend your service in providing 300 ml bottles for functions. (You can make it minimum 50 bottles)

Although I had some issues with them for a while when one of their agents started defaulting regularly, they had been very courteous throughout the issue and very kind enough to provide me on two occassions with a free can and a full refund. It struck me that these guys are working really hard to keep things working smoothly and it won't be fair to bash them for the mistake of their agents in the concerned area.

The app is good and all..but most of the times it isnt opening.. Pls make a way to use the app!!

Ordered a can on Saturday, 23rd July, it's 3 days since, no can has been delivered, the empty can is still lying at the doorstep. Called the number, no response. Not reliable since we're ordering an essential commodity.

They deliver water cans on time. Must have app for everyone

I booked for 2 can yesterday and still now no response. I tried calling the number they gave , mohan's, no proper response. And the delivery guy , very irritating. Going to uninstall and use the old method of going to shop and book for a can! Please response to customer properly if u want to shine in app development and online business.

Honestly..who ever the proprietor/owner is.. please understand that you can grow your business only through customer delight. There's this guy named Mohan who delivers in adyar, who always succeeds in not delivering the water. When It happened the 1st time..i thought . well..just the 1st time..and..now (yes today) it's the 2nd. I received an SMS confirmation of the delivery both the times and yet it wasn't delivered. Next step for me is to delete the app. Use this only if u don't mind not getting ur water

I live in Adyar, Chennai. 1. We have to order at least 2 cans. No option to select one can 2. No cancel option in the app in case of any issues like below. 3. First time, they delivered in the allotted slot time, though they came home late at 9 pm. It was within the slot. But the next time, the guy never turned up even though i had selected the 11.am to 3 pm slot. 4. Bad customer service: Since the water was not delivered by 3 , i called the customer care, they said he is on the way. He was on the way till next day morning 9 pm. Till then, I have been calling the customer care to know if he is coming or not, but they never attended the call. I was running out of water since I can order only when the 2nd can is also empty and was forced to order from another guy. I ordered with another guy next day morning after trying to reach cancan customer care again. They never attended the call. This guy turns up in the morning and forcing us to keep the can which I refused and sent him back. He was arguing again and again as if it was not his mistake. Conclusion: The can delivery guy in adyar, Mohan is worst combined with the cancan bad customer service . Not worth it.

Great work being done by the team to deliver quality water at the touch of the screen. Only issue being that the time slots arent being followed yet. Hope to see improvements here in future

The deposit amount which they promised to refund is not yet refunded even after 10 days from their promised date.pls keep up promises and maintain quality.else u will loose customer gradually

I was only offered bisleri to select, need to be able to select the more economic brands too.

I have been using CanCan for more than 3 months, they always deliver in time, if they miss, they call and inform u..Highly recommend CanCan..
