My Ooredoo Kuwait

After latest update it asked me to accept the terms and conditions but didn't respond to my tabs! Then i tabbed on delcine and the app closed! Opened the app again this time it didn't show the terms and conditions! Asked my number to login but it erased whatever number i was putting! Finally the number stayed but it would load forever then write no connection! Terrible terrible terrible app!

I cant login to my account as I always get unexpected error message. Well, whomever handles ooredoo apps always messes up as all previous apps.

Tried to log in several times using my mobile number then my civil ID number. All attempts failed. I immediately uninstalled it.

Takes long to load after inputting mobile number. Does not send pin code to login. Older app version was better. I get suspicious and wonder whether the app is reliable. Especially when ooredoo is surrounded with fraudulent calls.

Aside from paying the bill the most important feature is knowing what you're paying for and knowing your data limit. This application DOES NOT provide you with details about your data limit. You don't know what you're paying for in the end

A very poor job done on the application hung when i tried accept terms and conditions and then doesnt let me login thus a very very poor job done by a such big and well reputed company the app hangs at every action

I don't understand other than showing offers, what did this app do? Even all ad offers are not shown! Need a lot more improvements

No connection! Even after I connected to my wifi. Useless app.

I don't understand why many are rating this app as bad. This could be a problem in their phones. It works fine for me. It's fast. and to the point. Great app.

these guys are damn dumbs! they advertise the app via sms and in fact its full of bugs.

Taking very long time to log in even by using Mobile number or Civil Id . And in the end message appear error

pls dont want online service like gamesfactory,vediostore and etc in websites.before activate give one confirmation msg

Still waiting for the confirmation sms but nothing. Guess the app got released without testing

For postpaid lines, we are not provided with our Line usage. Then what is the use of this app?

التطبيق يظهر فقط رصيد الخط ولا يظهر اي معلومات عن باقات الخط المشترك بها او كم استهلك منها ارجو اضافه هذه الخاصيه وسيكون ايضا مغيد وجود support live chat

Doesn't give any info of you line package balance, had to login on the web page. UNINSTALLED.

Im trying to recharge my line through online and dis app since last 2 month with my frnd mobile and now my mobile also but i cant recharge ..even if i went to ooredoo store bin khaldoon street there is machine which is not use...always they r telling me k net is not working...that person also not accepting to recharge my line..they suggest me to recharge any Bakala .then what is the use for dis all .im always paying my line through my card only even 1kd. But i did nt find for easy card payment system any where.bcz of that my line going to diconnect.. Pls do the need full everywhere for custumers to recharge line through knet..

Good App. I always pay my bills using this app. Can see my pending bills, bill date, expire etc. Till now, no issues.

My oreedoo application will not get information about the data connection/ Internet package. When can we know these information through app.

I like to access mutiple number in one time login with civil id number.
