Disgusting service. The customer support is useless. And the receptionist is a pain to talk to. There is no coordination between the company and the app. They haven't updated the prices in the app at all. Also the billing is inaccurate and the response is extremely poor and unprofessional.

The clothes were picked on time a commitment was given, now I do not see any update on the app, nor is anyone contactable, pathetic is not the word. Where about of my clothes worth more than R's. 15k unknown, really worried if I have lost them. Why the hell is the option of support available when no one contactable. If you can't live upto your commitment dont do business because it is us who are at loss

Scheduled a pickup service for dry cleaning. Received an automated msg stating that they would call me shortly to verify the details. Been an eternity and never received a call, let alone the dry cleaning service.

Unable to schedule a pickup/delivery service neither through the app nor through the website. It's been more than 3 weeks since I complained about this to the team using chat feature in app, and all that I've got for it far is: "We'll forward it to your technical team". If a customer cannot even schedule their service, which is what the business is all about, I'd have expected the team to have fixed this sooner. Yet that doesn't appear to be the case.

No answer thru Phone, App..I really doubt whether they are still in the business..disappointing

what is the point in raising the funds if you can't even respond to customers queries and fail to pick up the laundry? boasting and marketing of the company will just be a gimmick if you can't even deliver what you promised. will not be recommending the company to anyone. will not use wassup. very disappointed.

Used the Chat option and got immediate response and got a 20% offer using coupon code, overall a very good app .

Tried 2 times in 2 days to locate a store through their app but found nothing on reaching the location. So scheduled a pickup today. But nobody turned up. Tried to call their toll free number but says it's unavailable. Really pissed!
