Always unable to connect to database or processing takes forever. And the KD, KT, WSJ, and NYT complaint takes too long to be processed. So if a customer have both post and an alternate product theres a significant delay between the both and have to go back again

Ever since they consolidated multiple zones to just one zone number, the system /app is running very very slow!! I have check on different phones and still having the same issue. Please check.
