When I asked the guy to get my laundry picked up, he said we are busy. You have to wait till 11pm. I said its too late. He said, he can book it for me today and will get it picked up tomorrow. When i asked when will it be delivered back to me, he said it will take 2 days from tomorrow. I told him that's too late and he said, we have a lot of work. Whe i asked him for earlier delivery, he said I will charge you 50% extra for it whereas the website says 24 hours service.

They are clueless group of people robbing customers. On day 1, they picked up a rug from my place and said they'll charge me 35 Aed and that the rug will be delivered in 1 week. The rug is finally delivered with a bill if 130 Aed!!!! After I complain they reduced the price to 100 Aed... The person who called me calmly says the earlier person miscommunicated.

Beware Guys ! Always count the clothes before give it to laundry service and reconfim once it arrives. Damn , I have given my clothes. 2 Jeans Pant was missing after delivery. Its too Pathetic service...Invoice id #2507 Edit : I got my jeans through delivery boy.He said me that he forgot that in his car.what the hell ?
