Great way to track and manage your finances! Have accounts added with other banks and it's all avaliable for viewing on one screen. Don't even have to bank with Washington Federal to use this app. Great tool overall to track your budgets and spending two thumbs up. Make a change his year and get your finances together.

You can never depend on this app to give you accurate balances. For goodness sake when you go over budget by say 100$ it tells you that you have 100$ left in your budget on the home screen. You have to wait days for the balances to update to show what happens in your account. Don't use this app.

App won't sync to my account. Keep getting "Sorry, there is a problem with Washington Federal's connection" message. Updating the app and my login credentials did not help.

The transactions and my balance on the app are not up to date with my account. Transactions aren't showing and the balance is wrong. I checked it on the website through the app and it was accurate but not on the app itself. Annoying!

Extremely useful with budgeting. The app actually breaks down where you are spending and gives you a snapshot of where your money is going. It lets you know when you have overspent as well. Pretty awesome!

Multiple issues getting through security. Finally got in and not sure if I'll be able to do mobile deposit or bill pay from the app. I'm losing patience. If not worked out soon I will consider another bank. I don't need my banking app to help me budget.

Balance is NEVER correct even if I refresh it multiple times. Contacted support a few times and they say "we refreshed your account on our end, try now". What's the point of having an app if I have to constantly contact support OR login online to see what my real balance is. Washington Federal will be losing my business very very soon.

doesn't update unless you tell it to and then it still not caught up with all transactions.. it's better to keep track on another app checkbook pro etc. I thought it would update automatically and send me information, but it doesn't.. you can just look at the Washington Federal site and it's more informative.
