Right Track: Metro North & SLE

This app seemed better a year ago. These days it seems to hang if there is no network (even though the schedule database is on the phone). Also, the ads seem worse. Trying some competitors.

Just missed my train thanks to this app. I checked last night and this morning as soon as I woke up to make sure train wasn't running on a holiday/Saturday schedule due to being MLK day today, Monday, and it read regular weekly schedule. When I got to train station there was no train on that time frame. Then I Google it, schedule, and it said it was running on holiday/Saturday schedule!

The app won't download the latest schedule so it is stuck using one from 2014. It attempts to download the update, but says completed within 2 seconds and never actually updates.

The big problems is if you look up your favorites on a holiday, it doesn't pull the holiday schedule and you will get burned.

App is always on point. Never miss a train.

Works off-line, can get track number before it shows up on the screen at the station. Had an issue a few years ago and developer was very responsive.

I've tried to contact the developer 4 times regarding a licensing problem and haven't heard back. Past support issues were quickly addressed. The licensing issue and last-minute schedule updates are the reasons that I don't give a rating of 5 as I had in the past.

There was a time I would have recommended this app without hesitation. The huge problem is once you purchase the upgrades, you cannot transfer the purchase to other devices (or replacement phones) without a code from the developer who does not respond to emails. I have sent five messages in the last 2.5 weeks, all of which have been ignored.

It only post's tracks 1or 2. Not sure why. The first week it would post any track number i.e. track 25,118, 35 and so on. Hasn't worked again since I originally downloaded it months ago. Have re- installed many times but still does not work correctly

It's a must have application for metro north commuters. If you take the metro north and you don't have this app you are missing it big time.

But lately hasn't provided any times when checking the schedule.

Like the app but apparently it is no longer being supported by the developer.

Well thought out. Use it every trip.

I commute on Hudson line.. tried a few others.. this is much faster and doesnt require internet every time

It works well and gives me the features that I need for either daily use or occasional use.

Exactly what I need. It would be great if I can easily share my arrival time from the widget.

Ol' reliable so far

I loaded this app before I loaded the official MNR app. Like that I don't need to connect to get schedule. But discovered that schedule updates can be last minute. Checked train schedule on Friday to see if Monday (President's Day) was holiday schedule. Nope. Checked the official. MNR app and it was. Checked this app again Monday and the new schedule was updated on Sunday. Don't know about you but that's too late for me.

Keeps dropping my favorites. Wish I could get my money back honestly. 1x1 widget no longer works. Lacks fast access to info in general. Could take some pointers from happy tap. Previously: Offline data is the best part about the app. Interface could be a bit more streamlined.

Great job using train numbers if you want. Keep up the good work.

Nice looking app. But when I try to get a schedule for a route that is not a standard one, it gives weird connections with long waits btwn. trains.Metro North's app gives the correct, and much shorter route.

Very accurate and precise with time, delays and track numbers corresponding with destinations and locations.

Charging to share departure and arrival times?! That's a basic feature in 2014

Favorite app! Love it. Provides current track schedules that are always updated and track numbers too. Sometimes you get personal messages from the developer related to schedule changes. Much appreciated.

After the recent update it Still Doesn't work with LG G2 quadcore processor as it immediately crashes when trying to open app!!!

Offline data is the best part about the app. Interface could be a bit more streamlined.

I use this app constantly and I've not been dissapointed by it at all, I ended up purchasing to support the dev and get a few extra bells and whistles. :)

Very informative about what track the train will be on, the train number and the time left before departure. Its great. This app is very time consuming in terms of not having to wait on a long line to speak to a teller in the station about info on the train you need. I give this app 10 stars instead of 5

This app has been great to me and is always up to date in real time. I only wish there were alerts for my favorite rides to let me know that trains are being delayed. Regardless! This amazing and helpful!

It's good when it's updated but mnrr changes its schedules every few months and this app doesn't keep up with timely schedule revisions. My regular morning train still comes up 4 minutes later than it actually is even after two weeks and app updating.
