وما من أمة أولت الشباب عماد النهضى وركيزة التنمية , إلا كانو لها ذخراً من كل سوء , وحصنا من كل مكروه , وهم الوقود الذي يمكن الأمة من الانطلاق , والدافع الأكبر الذي تتجاوز به التحديات , وتجتاز معه كافة العقبات. ومن هذا المنطلق ظهر برنامج جامعة طيبة للشباب بالتعاون مع الندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي ( WAMY TU ) نتيجة جهود فعالة ومثمرة بين جامعة طيبة والندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي - مكتب منطقة المدينة المنورة - اجتمعت فيها الممارسة العلمية والأساليب العلمية , لتخرج نموذجا جديداً ومفهوماً متجدداً بالأنشطة لا يقف عند الحد , بل يسعى مستقبلاً للتطوير والتميز في خدمة المجتمع.
