SMS and Call Reader is such an app that is dynamic and it is the first app of the world that can read the caller identity or incoming text message according to your choice. It is also the first application in the world which integrates text to voice application that is able to read any text content (English) from any browser and text editor. Blacklist/Whitelist feature is also available to chose favorite contacts to vocalyze the incoming message and caller id.
Common features:

Incoming Call features:
Activate/Deactivate reading incoming call
App reads incoming caller’s name or number aloud! App speaks Caller-ID(name or number) so you can listen to who is calling spoken out loud according to Whitelist/Blacklist (Incoming call option). Such as
=> Incoming call option
a) All (reads any number or name during incoming call)
b) Only whitelist (Reads only whitelist name or number)
c) Only phonebook contacts (Reads only phonebook contacts)
=> incoming call settings
a) Read contact or number only
b) Read contact first, then ring the ringtone
c) Read contact and ring the ringtone simultaneously
Incoming SMS features:

Black and white list feature will help you to choose your favorite contacts to readout. Blacklist and Whitelist facilities for both incoming call and SMS
=> Add to list
Easily add contact in Blacklist/Whitelist from phonebook.
=> Update from list
Update (add/remove) contact from Blacklist/Whitelist.
=> Blacklist (avoid reads if incoming call or SMS name or number have in blacklist). Incoming call & SMS behaved as usual (previous phone setting). But avoid this apps behavior.
=> Whitelist (only allow to read incoming call or SMS contacts have in whitelist). It lets you to readout only whitelisted SMS and incoming call.

Great for me so far. It reads anything I select and copy. This is what Samsung s8 developers couldn't do. I called them to set up. And I was told it hasn't got this feature. I nearly changed my phone for an iPhone. Thank you so much Walton developers you are the best.

like configuring the announcement. I'd like to keep the excess words announced to a minimum but there's no way to configure this. Also if like to configure number of times to repeat an SMS read.

This app will announce the caller ID, but won't read the actual text even though I have it set to read text automatically. Interface looks good, I had so much hope this would actually work.

The app does work when it works, however: it randomly stops reading. I have reinstalled several times, hoping it had been fixed. Originally I would have given five stars. Note i give there, because I believe it to be a good app to have. Please fix.
