Some random times it gliches and takes me to the website, tells me to enter my pw, and then wont let me do anything on the site just keeps wanting the pw. But other than that I like this app to keep on top of my sched. and its an easier way of notifying mgmt of absences
The new update is horrible. I can't do half the things I could before the update. Everything just keeps loading and never goes where you want to go. Please fix this.
WORST UPDATE EVER. FIX THIS. I can't pull up anything anymore. It keeps directing me in a loop to update to the latest version which it already is??
It used to work great before the update, now I can't access anything, schedule, pay stub, nothing! Why can't they just leave well enough alone?! We want the old app back!
This app usually works well when I have good internet connection. I can check my schedule any time and request open shifts, and I can check what I'll make on my future checks. You can also use it to call in or report a late arrival.
I registered and screenshotted my username and I know my password. It'll let me log in once then after that it says it doesn't recognize my username and password
It's very useful but about 90% of the time I'm stuck on the loading screen at "Issues token 40%" screen. I know it's not my signal so it has to be this app. It really is an inconvenience when you are trying to do anything on the app
It was fine before the update. What is epi? It tells me to log in but I don't have a log in for it.... I can't look at my schedule or my pays tub anymore! It's stupid, fix it!
I have never had any issues with this app and I love its convenience! Was extremely helpful during my most recent medical leave in reporting absences and locating resources throughout my leave. Wishful thinking but would like to be able to handle PTO on the app/site as well so associates and managers aren't scrambling last minute.
there are so many bugs right now with this recent update. PLEASE get it together so i can actually access different parts of the app. it stalls when i try to log in, it won't load parts of the app like the call out portion, i'm just glad i can get to the schedule (also really surprised)
There's no support if anything goes wrong. Which is often because over half it's features do not work.want to check your paystub? Error. Forget your password? error(basically making it 100% impossible to check my schedule).(update) still not able to do anything about resetting my password. Makes it really hard to check your schedule. My entire walmart is ran by foreigner so can't really every get customer service.
This app worked very well until the new update. I could actually use the app, but now I can't even login to check my schedule. And if I'm lucky enough to login, checking my schedule is the only thing that it allows me to do. I rely on this app, so something should be done immediately to fix this issue.
It was a decent app until the update. Now you wait forever for the screen to come up and the data to load. In a world where time is in short supply this app is frustrating. I really hope someone is reading these and will repair the damage they have done with the update they just forced on everyone.
I started my Wal-Mart one registration ten years ago. I no longer can get into or remember the passwords to get into the email I used when I started this. There needs to be a way to reset the email or entire account now that its been updated and wants me to sign in again! Please fix
Worked great before the update... Seems like nobody tested the so called improvements before launching the new version. Wouldn't want to work in IT right now! Maybe you could let everyone have the old version back while you work the bugs out of the new one??
Before the update, this app was awesome. I was able to check my schedule and paystub. Now, when I try to check my paystub, it takes forever to load, then the screen goes white. This is really irritating because I like to check my stub on my phone instead of waiting till I go to work. Please get rid of this update. Loved the old app so much better. This new one is just crappy.
It isn't the fanciest app ever, but it is great for checking your schedule, pay stub and reporting an absence without having to call the call number. For the most part I haven't had many problems with the app, most of the ones I had were an issues on the server side and usually cleared up within a few hours.
The new update is bad. The app is now sluggish like the images are to high of a resolution. And Paystub no longer works, it gives a name resolution error. I wish that you would have taken the time to test the app on an external network before release.
This app is just about the worst work app ever never issues you your token to get on the app and right when you think it might bam network time out or its no longer responding... trash all I gotta say.
Very useful BEFORE the update. It is now so buggy I don't have the patience to try to use it. STOP trying to "improve" something that worked fine before! Using Samsung Galaxy S5 Active Android 6.0.1
Can not access my schedule at all. Should not have changed it. Can not access via one express either if on a loa or need to start one also when it asks for email address in scheduling area saysa invalid. I only have one email. So I know it's not invalid. Making me very angry. Should be able to see my things when I need . Not when you think i should. For example schedule 3 weeks out like its always been not day to day
I would give a better review but it load slow and when asked if you want to set up a pin it never allows you to do so! Now since the update I can't even check my pay stub and it still take forever to load! Really wish you would take the time to fix a lot of issues this app. has. Its all us employees have
For people saying they are new hires, you have to wait a certain amount of time before you have access. Its eithet 14 or 21 days from your start date. Your personel coordinator should be able to tell you exactly.
Somehow getting worse. You would think with all the apps on the play store Walmart could at least make w decent app. Can't view my schedule or paystub now. This is a worthless app. Stick to paper, this app has trouble with the simplest commands.
So I had an issue where my user ID was invalid no matter what I put in, even lagging l making a new I'd didn't work. During work I went into personnel, wire, then got through to Walmart one.. I changed email and password and it works. I can use it now! Wee.
New to the Sam's Club/ Walmarts family and i rely on the app to check my schedule to know my hours. I can't even log in. Please fix the issue. It's embarrassing to have to ask my manager or lead what time i go in.
Was a lot better before the last 2 updates. Now I can't see my schedule, I have to sign in multiple times, and it don't like the format the schedule is in now. Was much better when it was all in a list type format. Might have to get rid of this app if it doesn't improve.
You guys updated the app and made it practically unusable, the app is insanely slow, I can't log in half the time, and now everything is moved around. It really sucks that this is one of the few ways to check my schedule, and I can't even do that now, and this update probably won't be fixed for at least another month or so.
This app is horrible most of the time and they are always trying to fix something, today the app does not even work at all and neither is the website. All I wanted to do was check my schedule....
loved the app before the update. i can't access anything I log in and it tell me to please be patient while they load my custom screen. and than its just white. nothing at all. i logged off back on. delated it reinstalled it. please fix this problem. i love checking my schedule on my cellphone.
Let me log in twice and now it's telling me login error. I had this app once before when I worked for Walmart and never had a problem. It tells me user name and password don't match and it won't let me put in email address or the code it gives me
Ever since the update, the only thing I'm able to check is my schedule. It would also be very nice to be able to view my call-out points, PTO hours, ect. Please fix and update! We hard-working Walmart employees rely on this app!
The latest version is garbage. When scrolling through my schedule the latest app is a stuttering mess. I can no longer access my paystub, it stays stuck on the spinning sparkle wheel.
Like all the other reviews I've read, mines pretty much the same. About the only thing I can do is check my schedule and that's it. I miss being able to check my paystub at home. Please fix it! As of right now it really sucks!
How do i log into the new digital cloud? I log in then that pops up asking for name and password but its not the same one i use to log in and there is no option for me to set up new one. What do i do?
Schedule is the only thing the app still offers that's useful. Paystub information doesn't work unless you navigate to the actual site (which doesn't make the app convenient). The app is unresponsive, probably not optimised well, and never reliable.
I loved this app before the update. I rely on this to check my schedule, my check stub, handle attendance when I need to call in... Now the app is ridiculously slow and I get an error message when I try to view my check stub. Please someone fix this. The old version worked just fine.
Worked ok at first but ever since online paystub stopped working it's almost useless. The only other reason to use it is for schedule. A lot of unneeded and outdated information. Slim the app down to make it faster and more efficient, add fingerprint sign in option and associates will love it.
It would not let me access any of the things I needed to. My schedule my money nothing if u fix these problems then I will change my eating but it's asking for some kind digital experience cloud login and password and it's not the same as I use to log in. I've had this app for years and have never had this problem this update sucks I have an Android

I just tried logging in. There is a new feature needing a password and username. Tried mine...doesn't work. I didn't see any way to put new info in. I'll see if I can find out from home PC.
