Defence Health Mobile Claiming

This app used to be very good. However I recently submitted a claim through the app, and my confirmation email did not show the attachments I had uploaded. When I emailed Defence Health to ask them whether they had received my attachments, they ignored me. Then they emailed me two weeks later to say that they couldn't pay my claim because I hadn't provided the required documents. So I'm not sure whether it's just the app that's gone to poo, or the whole company, but it's been a very disappointing experience.

Used to work 100% until upgraded to android 6.0.1. Now will not attach photos on Sony Z3 or Samsung Note 4.

Freezes after taking photo abd won't let me submit receipts.

Keeps saying member number is wrong. Which it isn't.

Needs a claim history review Easy to submit a claim but it is not possible to review the claim to make sure the submission was successful.....

So easy to use. Eliminates the mucking around with computers.

Need a way to leave the app after submitting a claim.

Although it has a clean and appealing interface (i.e. The way in which the application looks/behaves), Defence Health Mobile Claiming doesn't really do all that much... But it does allow the submission of claims remotely (if this is the sort of thing you'd want to do) and it does appear to work well, without issue. Personally, I prefer to use a "traditional" computer, but if you want an application that archives the same functionality on your Android mobile device, this will do just fine...

It's the first time I've used this and as soon as I upload the photos the ap stops working.

Brilliantly efficient

This app does not work on a L2 G2 mobile phone. It bombs out when you try to load a photo of a receipt. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times still nothing. Have contacted Defence Health twice, no feedback and no support

Is there supposed to be a log off function? You spend time logging in / validating yourself yet I couldn't find any place to log off. Not sure of these types of apps that don't give you the comfort of knowing the connection has in fact been terminated.

Wow, 2 seconds of my time in the car to claim!! Now to wait and see if the rebate is as efficient. What a great idea guys well done

I have receipts 2 years old that I've been meaning to claim, but has been too hard to do so online.. photos uploaded on app & money in my account 2 days later! What's not to love about that! Thanks DH :)
