Walker Tracker

Crash city. Samsung Galaxy S5. Trying to add a bike ride where my garmin won't submit the steps and it will crash every time.

App worked well in 2016. Now, I get "Login failed" even though the same credentials work on their website. Update: Got a prompt email on 5/26/17 from WT support in response to this review asking me to contact them via email. I replied on 5/27/17 with details of the issue. Feeling positive given their quick response. Will update review as I get more info.

It never has the same steps as my Google fit says. Synced​ needs to be better.

Apparently the only way it tracks steps is if you have a fitbit and it can take the steps from that. The "built in" pedometer doesn't count them, or if it does, I guess I must be flying instead of walking since I register zero steps. Uninstalling. Since I have to input my steps to the walk site, I'll at least count them with an app that works.

Syncing is terrible.

Try creating an account with accidentally hitting enter and the app cannot handle it. Worst app ever for just creating an account. First page asks for a company link and it will not accept anything?? The worst thing about it is our company develops software and apparently they don't ever watch first time users to see where all the confusion is. I gave up on the app and was really looking g forward to using it for all our employees.

This app keeps deducting my total steps. One time I had 112,000, the next day I had 100,000. My team members are also loosening steps. We work hard as a team and we should not be loosing our total steps. Y'all to fix this with a quickness. I'm tired of loosing steps. Thank you!

App is always a couple hundred steps short of what my pebble watch reports (600 steps yesterday), and that toast pop-up that comes up every time the app is launched, and then sticks around even after closing the app is irritating.

It won't let me login using the account I've always had even though it is accurate and I've even updated my password on the actual site for my organization's challenge.

I've reset my password multiple times trying to get it to log in on the app, I can login to walker tracker site for my work and no problem but the app always says login failed. Email is correct and password. It never tells me the username or password are wrong just failed

Can you fix the obnoxious toast issue? A toast message always pops up as soon as app is launched telling me when my program start date is. Not only is the message old and no longer needed (as my program has started already) but it habitually pops up as I navigate to different sections of the app. The toast also stays up for much longer than a typical toast does, and is so larger that it effectively blocks the bottom quarter of my screen, hindering my ability to read anything towards the bottom of a page. Please fix this toast message so it no longer pops up.

I like the competition aspect of Walker Tracker, and it's been good to get a lot of people moving. Unfortunately, I lost my pebble, and I can't use any other device. The help pages indicate I should be able to use my Garmin Vivofit, but in the device page, I only have the option to connect with a pebble or a sync point. There are no other options. Also, I got GoogleFit my phone, and the help pages say I should see a way to connect to it. I don't see the sync option.

I went from my home to my car to the grocery store and walked around the store twice then back to my car and then back into my home. It tracked only 50 steps from the moment I left home until I returned. Way off!

I tried manually inputting my steps and I keep getting error posting steps message. How am I suppose to sync if it doesn't work. Also, I was told I could sync my fitbit to this, how?

Could not log in. Got message that the login failed; however, I could enter an incorrect password, and it would come back with a notice saying my password was incorrect. Deleting app. EDIT: The developer responded to my comment to say that the update fixed it. It did and I can now log in. Thank you!

This app was working so good and one day I went to view my steps and see how far I am from my friends and the competition tool is not working. It tells me to report it and I do. I report it it today 5/21/2016 and I still have not heard or still can not use the competition tool. This really sucks because I have to go to the Web to view everything so why do I need this app for? Can some one at the walker center help me out here please.

Really struggles to Sync with Google Fit. Crashed Play Services. Multiple attempts may get 1 sync but then won't sync again until you keep toggling the Fit sync over and over.

After i finished downloading the program it asks for email address but after i put it its not opening saying that in correct so how i will used it. I hope you can show me how to use it.

Worked fine the first day. After that.i only get a message saying "unfortunately this app has stopped working". Computer doesn't work much better. Even after syncing it does not update.

this app does not work.. I have been walking for days and its not updating or registering my walking activities at all!!! This app is worthless

Using this app with a walking competiton at work. Will not sync steps. Frustrating as the competition is only 50 days and this puts people behind. And it is connected properly because it works some of the times.

I won't let me add my steps and it is not adding automatically off my galaxy S5 since the new update. The problem resolved on rebooting my phone

Good way to track your progress as well as your teams. It would get five stars if it would sync with my Jawbone UP2. UPDATE: contacted by the admins and have successfully synced my Jawbone. Great job!

At first I thought this app was a pedometer. It's really an app to compliment their website where I can track my steps. Their support is really helpful and answers quickly all of my questions.
