Walgreens Connect

2nd Submission: "Had to buy a Walgreen device". Good app. Biggest problem now, is that it sometimes refuses connection for a long time. Then once I get it connected again it loses all my data from the past. At least five times since January 2017. However, Still... Good App!

Can only import the last reading. It has none of the general features that you would expect in a Bluetooth device. Demands personal/private information and requires you to register with Walgreens customer tracking software . Gives Walgreen's control of your data. Walgreens got greedy. Basically just a Walgreens marketing tool. I am returning the blood pressure device to Walgreens. It has no advantage over the non- Bluetooth device.

It says it does all the things the survey asked fo. All I know is everytime I use it I have to do all the work to get it synced and be sure the reading logged. Not near intuitive enough to be called App!

This is the 2nd Bluetooth blood pressure device I've bought from Walgreens that tells me "device not supported" I've tried it on my phone and tablet. This is so frustrating. I'm going to return it tomorrow and I guess I will have to find another brand.

Bought the True Metrix Air and also the True Metrix Go glucose monitors because of the convenience of Bluetooth and being able to better monitor my levels. The app wasn't compatible with my smartphone however. Check before buying because I was advised this one was good by pharmacist. Ended up getting a Contour

App is ok, but is horribly implemented. It should give you feedback on sync progress, but it never tells you when/if it worked. Readings can't be viewed for about 15 minutes, so you can't check on status. No way to delete bad readings. For best results, look for 3 readings about the same. If one is way off, take a fourth, then average the similar readings, discarding the bad one. App does not let you do this, so graphing is wrong. It needs simple UI & feature changes to be a 5 star app.

I keep getting "Walgreen Connect stopped working" error message rendering app useless as well as the Bluetooth capabilities of the device. Why sale a device that won't even connect directly with a Samsung devices Health app? If changes/updates don't happen soon then will return the Walgreens biometric device

I really want this to work, but it doesn't. It says it has synced to the device, but the data never loads. Very frustrated.

The data entry for my birthday makes me click through each month to enter my birthday. I don't know why my birthday and phone number are required anyway. Seems like an invasion in privacy to me.

Doesn't sync properly. This application has done nothing for me this far. If I didn't love Walgreens so much, I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worked the first time after downloading the app, but have not been able to even open the app since. I just keep getting error messages that the app is not working.

Ive been using this app for a week and it has only synced once. I get the error message every time! Incredibly frustrating.

Very often I get a message that the app has stopped working. Very frustrating as it happens at least once a week and sometimes for several days in a row.

Unusable as it keeps crashing. Installed older app an uninstalled because it was unable to connect. Decided to give it another try on new phone..unusable.

Problem with syncing with device is ob it ladt reading not from last stored reading to current.....if dfont sync right asfters you have manually enter the data.....use a walgreens bluetooth glucosemeter

After a few tries this Blood Pressure Monitor synced and works great!!! I love it now and the android Walgreens Connect App that its paired thru bluetooth on. I got a rebate and a coupon with it while it was on sale ... so awesome of a buy.

When you ask for a extended report for your blood pressure it should have the time stamp on it also.(like 6:15 am. 6:18 am, 7:00 pm ) Just as the monitor puts it when ask for history on the monitor. It would be convenient to know that information.

Have had a Walgreens card for years but the app will not acknowledge me over and over again even after scanning my card...also when it asks to enter birthday you cannot unless you keep clicking month by month from 2017 back to 1950, this would take hours.HELP

My 930BT won't connect to my app. E4 pops up on the monitors scree...

It's easy and you earn in-store credit for what your already doing,like walking,exercising,weight loss,blood pressure,checking you sugar levels, and it's easy to use!

Looses pairing every day resulting in having to log out and back in to restore pairing. Does not save password so that has to be manually reentered after logging out.

Wouldn't open on GS8 after installing... Kept crashing. Uninstalling.

Just started using the application. So far it looks like it will be a good fit for what I need.

Bought a new blood pressure monitor with Bluetooth functionality, the app supports it but will not connect. Will be returned, and traded for a name brand monitor.

App keeps crashing over and over and over etc....

The app and device we're very easily synced and helps me keep a nice record of my vitals..

Sometimes it looks like it is taking forever to sync but if you close and reopen it did sync.

Saves going online every day to manually import data, l know it's there already

This app does not work with its own devices .Can't get it to load last sync.
