It asking for a security code, and I don't have one So I just uninstalled it.

This is an invitation-only app; it runs seamlessly in the background. In theory, anyway: it actually blocked legitimate VPN connections from working AND blocks all outgoing calls to Google Voice numbers, including to 911. I am disabling this until they fix this issue.

Well I haven't ran into any problems I always get points for the lowest reward first just to see.. and I did receive it

I have been trying to contact customer support for weeks and nothing. The app is useless if I can't get help.

Everytime the VPN is enabled all of my other web access breaks. Maybe you need to use a split tunnel for your DNS, but something is jacked up. Fix the issue and I'll try the app again.

Had the app on my laptop & tablet. Was told that I would get paid for every month for each device. After 8 weeks with no payments I contacted customer service. I got a canned response that didn't even have anything to do with what I asked about. So these ppl tracked all my online activity from 2 devices for 2 months - For Free!!! Do Not Bother!!!

Am I the only one who is actually afraid of what this app is doing? They collect all of our data and use it to help companies make more money by looking at everything we do on our phones. It actually very clearly states their intentions on the yougov website. I get that earning points is great but are we all just willing to give away our private information, simply to hopefully earn a gift card? I'm happy I dug around a bit because now, I want absolutely nothing to do with this company or it's affiliates.

I have used the pulse app and received my points every month since it started. As far as I know it just works in the background and tracks the websites I visited.

Crashed and no way to retrieve login code. What a joke.

The only points I received is when I first installed it. Uninstalling!

said that I would get 2 thousand points for installing but my account wasn't credited.

It also made my phone act up, soon as I deleted, my phone worked normally like before. Read the bad reviews and don't download this app.

No way to get a password. Never could log in. Stupidest app I've ever installed.

I received my points for installing and for every cycle. Tour of is pretty good if you don't receive points just contact them.

I see a lot of negative reviews complaining about not getting a code. well.. this app is invite only and meant to be used by individuals invited by YouGov to use. As for it tracking usage, my app has been currently running for the last 12 hours and has transmitted data fine. These negative reviews are undeserved! right there in the description it says "Downloading this app is only allowed for active members of our research community, who opted in to participate in this study."

This doesn't do anything it says it's going to do. Kept stopping or resetting to zero. No points assigned. Had to reinstall can't find my password no way to even retrieve it no customer support nothing this is garbage.

A changelog would be nice. And there's still no way to get your password. And of course actually getting the points you're supposed to get would be nice.

I had installed this app yesterday and it says it been running for only 4 hours and I did not receive any points for installing..rip off

Continually resets, crashes, or gets turned off. Been using for about a week, so far hasn't shown any more than a few minutes of usage. However, when I go to android's running app page... it shows it's been running for 26 hours (note, phone died 27 or so hours ago), while the app itself says 5min. Seems it'd only work if it was the only thing running. So I'll put it down to either being a scam, or just very poorly designed/made. Don't put this on your phone until they've fixed it; you won't get points.

Where are the points I was promised for running the spy app!? My code was even in used.

I never received the monthly points I was promised for loading this spyware on my tablet. I do not recommend.

It really needs to be an app that runs in the background. Having it run in the foreground as it does just means it'll accidentally get shut down by various other apps. I don't think it's ever lasted even a couple of hours in one go on my phone because of it. Not to mention I rarely think to turn it back on.

How do I get the pass code to run this app? Did i miss something somewhere?? HELP.
