Greenberg Mobile Application

I downloaded a week ago from a site to make extra money and now I see reviews and their support team doesn't even interact with those complaining. Mine resets every 12 to 24 hours....upsetting.

I have had for about 3 months now and I have not received one single payment.

Will get five stars if paid . After I finished 3 months I wasn't contacted any further. I had to click on an old email to get back in to the website. Then said able to redeem $25 via PayPal or Amazon G-card. I chose PayPal, there is a 3% fee = $0.75. I'll update later whether or not I was paid & if there were any other fees involved. I ignored timer reset...UPDATED I requested payment, received on 5/23/16. Didn't take long once I requested it. Shows paid from Survey International LLC. They are LEGIT!

As others have said doesn't log time correctly. I have not been paid for my first week. Cannot login because I lost the silly pass code the assigned to me. Contacted member service and will update my review pending my interaction with them. As of now I do not recommend this app.

I was asked to download for a week and recieve a 10$ e gift card. I have had this for 2 weeks. This is a fraud. Everytime I look at the timer it's reset it's self. I will keep this for 1 more week. And then I will delete unless I recieve my incentive and I will tell instagc to not recieve your work, and let everyone not to download. I'm not even the type to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I want my incentive or I will let anyone and everyone know.

I just received my $10! Waiting for my extra $15 now. Patience people! Seen all these complaints about not getting paid. I installed this a little over a month ago. So there you go

I was asked to install this app during a research survey. It stated I would get money for doing it for a week and then more after a month. I have had this app downloaded for 3 months. I tried to email them but it will not go through. Not to mention that the app fails and resets itself. Deleting this app immediately.

I received my initial payment, but that's all I've received after multiple ways of asking what to do because something is wrong with the app. I've tried asking here and on their website several times, but it's like no one even runs this app! I gave this 4 stars once they paid me but have downgraded to 1 star because they're u reachable. Worth the trouble ONLY if you want the first payment.

Same result as other users: Installed, but does not log time accurately. No reward received.

I have had this app for over two weeks and timer starts over every time you clock on something else. I have not been contacted by this company for payment as of yet. I will be reporting this company and app as fraudulent!

Have had this app running for 2 weeks now. Never got my 10 dollar gift card . Going to uninstall it. Same issue checked to see if its running. and only shows 16 hours no way to contact anyone. Please pay me my 10 dollars

I know this app has gotten lots of negative reviews. However after receiving an invitation to download this app, & promises to earn $10 & later $15 I gave it a try & hoped for the best. The app kept resetting the time running like reviews said. I left the app running. One week, 2 weeks & more went by and no payment. I began to believe the bad reviews. THEN I received $10 in my PayPal acc. Several weeks later $15 more. IT IS NOT A SCAM. They take a long time 2 pay & you NEED TO BE A MEMBER(invited).

I would not recommend this app. It says to leave it running in the background for a week and earn a little change. How can it be running for a week when it constantly restarts itself. Uninstalling this app.

installed the app on 12/3/2015 and was paid the incentive on 1/8/2016. this is legit - it just takes some time before you get the $$ they promised. the timer on my installation reset all the time too; you shouldn't worry about it. the app itself used very little memory and caused no problems at all. completely unobtrusive & easily removed -- if you've been selected for part of this study, just be patient. thanks Greenberg! easiest $25 i ever made! hope you enjoyed collecting my data!

The timer says it's only been running for minutes but has been on for almost a month! Tried to contact 2 weeks ago but no response. I am going to try again. I would warn not to waste your time I haven't gotten a dime!

I have been running this app for nearly a week now, and every time I load the app from the background, it keep starting the timer over, so the app NEVER is active more than a few minutes at most. If you open up any other apps, it will cause this app to stop, and you will need to restart this app. No matter how much I try, this app won't log how long it's been actually running on your device. I am going to uninstall it. I should have followed my instincts and not install apps with a rating less than 4.0.

I wouldn't even give this one star. Been running it for forever and no way of earning!

I installed this over a week ago and have not heard anything from them and it says I only have 3 hours how can they pay me if they don't have my pay pal information?

Hey devs your ap is crashing and resting its time needs fixed immediately otherwise I won't be able to participate appropriately in the survey and contribute to statistics of my daily useage of electronics this study requires of me

I've had for 3 days it said it was yesterday said 2 days now it says it's only has 12 hours active

It has not logged more than 10 minutes when it's been on for days.

It doesn't even mark the right amount of time it has and it just keeps restarting the timer you guys need to fix this problem!!

This is a complete waist. I have not once been paid. Screewnwisetrends is the way to go!!!!

This app is a waste of time, collecting all your information and tracking everything you do... And the most important they do not pay at all , a scam in all the meaning of the word

-this application is not a scam,, i installed this application for a month as a promised they will pay me,, but then today just check my account i got $5 and $15 a total of $20 ,,,,thanks a lot..wakoopa.. its legit i swear,, this is my 3rd times now,, 6/10/2016

I hate leaving bad reviews. BUT this app is so bad. Try looking for info online about them. Its a nightmare trying to find the slightest bit about them. It caused my phone to become unstable. As other reviewers stated, no info to pay out, kept it on for the allotted time no pay out, horrible (actually nonexistent) customer service, and CONSTANT resetting of time. Please reconsider and do not download. I wonder how many people will get scammed with this before something changes.

i would not recommend this app for anyone. did not get the payment that was promised. tried emailing support but it could not be delivered. does not even deserve a 1 star.

It keeps stopping by itself so you never accumulate time and never get credit fix this stupid app.

Update 2: Wakoopa made the final $15 payment to my PayPal. Update: Wakoopa made a $10 payment to my PayPal account. I guess I'll leave it installed and wait for the $15. Installed 9/29/15 Paid $10 11/2/15 Waiting to be paid extra $15. I was invited to join this program - after taking a survey - with the promise of $10 for having their software installed on my PC and phone for a week. Additional $15 if I leave it installed for a month. It's been over two weeks and no one has any idea when/if/how anyone is going to get paid. I've sent two messages to the Greenberg site and got no response. Ready to delete this.

How do I get paid if every time I restart my phone it restarts my time ..I've had the app installed for 4 days but on the timer it says 35 mins because I just restarted my phone ..Really annoying!

How would I get my incentives as there is no data about my e-mail

7 days for reward but timer constantly resets. Even running for three days the most it has ever gotten to is 2 hours. Don't even bother downloading.

I have the same problem as well as the other users. This app has been installed on my mobile device for 4 days and when I open the app it says it's only been 22 mins. This needs to be fixed asap. I just got done trying to e-mail them and the email address is not even real. I think I'm going to have to delete this app off my phone.

The app constantly crashes and restarts my time

I don't understand why people are so untrustworthy with the app. I was paid. I was paid 10dollars and then 15dollars.
