I waited 2 hours for a reply and once i got one they didnt understand my question so i typed it more clearly...even though it couldnt of got any clearer... and thet started being rude! I was being nice and i got blunt and arsey replies!

It's really helpful. TT It's really hard for us to see a doctor, I'm really grateful to this app... It saves my mother's life.

Quick and easy way to consult a Doctor via Chat online

It is s very useful app for me, however it took a really long time for the doctors to reply. I had other things to do, so when I closed the app to open another, it closed the chat as well! I had to start all over again and it was really tedious. I hope you guys can somehow upgrade the chatting systems so we can open another app while waiting for the answers from the doctors. Oh, and also give a notification when the doctors have replied.

Wants my mobile number! Yeah, no chance. Email, fair enough as they are easier to field. But my number stays as secret as possible to prevent annoying spam calls. I want 1 tiny question answered but in all 3 apps I've tried they either want all my details or all my money. Nope, uninstalled.

It took a fair while for Dr to reply, My particular situation was a little worrying so it kind of intensified the stress level. But all questions were answered and it's a very useful app especially if your uncertain if your situation requires a hospital trip or not.

Didnt have to wait long, wanted a second opinion. A doctor whos never met me has given me a possible doganosis that mt own gp hasnt even though of. Going back again to discuss options

I really love this app! I would give 1,000,000,000,000,000 stars for this! One time I had a trouble swallowing and I searched it on google and all it give me was panic because they said that are sypmtoms of Throat Cancer, luckily, found this app and said all what I feel to Dr. Delta and she said that this is not dangerous then all of my worries are gone! Definitely a must have app! And By the way, doctors there are very polite especially Dr. Delta!

Just snap a pic and send along with your ailments and voilà! I received my answer in under 10 mins and the consultation was FREE! Awesome! Thank you again Dr. Iyamu!

At first I was really in doubt with these people I am chatting with (they also took some time to reply ) but when the discussion started and all I did was send a photo, they we're able to figure it out. I was able to put the puzzle together. So helpful. Thank you Dr.Delta and Dr.Rinda

So good..just felt like i am talking to a doctor sitting just beside me..they can check reports and reply and answers all our queries..a must have app for your mobile..all time..and thanks for being free..it will help a lot of people..once again..MUST DOWNLOAD APP

Doctor J was unhelpful reads message and does not reply to my question i asked a doctor how do i treat scarring and no response had to reload the chat finally respondes but not very prefesional answers to my problem poor support for customer service very bad service i will ask a different doctor first did not care.

For one, I didn't like the idea of putting in my phone number either but I'm so tired and desperate right now for some type of answer that I just did it anyway. The doctor is telling me to do all kinds of stuff and even though I'm in med school I don't understand some of the lingo they're using. I've been taught to use "normal" terms because not everybody understands the language of medicine. Now the doctor is trying to get me to buy prescriptions which I don't even know what the heck the medicine is nor do I or the doctor know if it would be good for me. Plus, if I'm requesting English, I would expect at least some attempt at proper English and grammar. I don't know about this app honestly. Seems a bit sketchy. And I was just transferred to a different doctor... that totally makes me feel better (sarcasm)

Does not respond quickly I don't have time to wait for an answer for long

was looking to see if I need to go to a doctor or if it can wait since I have to pay to see the doctor until I finished registering (Just moved to a different country) I explained all my symptoms got a reply right away! also very helpful tips to use in the mean time before I see a doctor! definitely recommend!

I just talked to Dr. Merissa and she was wonderful. She put my mind at ease and answered all my general health questions I had about my random chest pains. It was fast and free. I appreciate these doctors who do, this on there own time. Thefe wonderful.

Although I did not get a definitive answer to my cause of seizure Dr. Marissa was helpful and has encouraged me to see a neurologist. This is the same advice my nurse friend had given. I understand reasons for not diagnosing over chat. She was friendly and fast replying to my questions.

Excellent experience with Dr J!!! Thank you Dr J! Because Dr J I am changing my review from 1star to 4 stars. But Dr Iyamu not was helpful at all. I didnt feel like I was satified at all with his answer. SORRY. He maybe was busy or so. Or maybe he just waiting for donation

Tried one doc (Dr. OGI) twice, & another one (DR. MARISSA) once. First of all, if you have to exit the app, it ends it right there. Some of us have jobs & other things going on & can't sit there with the app open day staring at it waiting for an answer that never ever comes. Seems pretty fake to me!.....UPDATE!!! Had some time & left the phone sitting there with chat open. Took a bit & finally got a reply from Dr. Marissa. So not worth it. Would have had better luck asking my cat! Can't be real docs. Ugh!

This app is brilliant, I've been suffering and I can't afford time off work to go to the doctors a lot. I thought I'd find out before taking it further and the doctors on this app answered everything for me and really helped me out! Made me feel confident that they were legit as they gave the same results my doctor did. The only one downside was I can't go back and look at my conversation, this could be very helpful and reassuring if conversations were saved and I can keep tabs on info and advice!

All of my questions and concerns were answered perfectly and professionally. Now I know the difference in arteries and veins, and many more things. Also Very friendly service. Thank you for this app!

Well i asked my question and they take a while to respond but after all the time waiting for like 2 minutes or 1 they give great advice but im still a little confused but w/e. Dr.j was amazing thank u very much.

How could you guys do this playing with someone life out there...no one there on live chat I wish I could sue you right away

Dr. Rima did a great job answering my questions i have the three little spots that look like rashes and i tried to self diagnose on google all that did was cause me panic because the biggest one came up as shingles after i sent a pic and gave a discription she said its most likely allergies and prescribed benedryl and hydrocortisone cream to see if it helps and then as i was ending the conversation i remember another concern ive been having with frequent heartburn which she said was gurd very helpful!

If I could rate this a zero star I would. I didn't ask a medical question just an easy question about a MRI procedure and they could not give me a straight answer. Two doctors both think a MRI only takes 1 to 4 mins. I'm not a doctor and I know it takes much longer than that.

I had Dr.Iyamu and he was supper helpful he told me what could be the problem what to do to help and what to keep and eye out for. highly recommend this app!

Dr Mel was the best this is the best app and helps very much I appreciate the doctors time and advice very helpful anytime I have a question I'll come on and they'll help and they reply very fast as well I recommend this app to anyone.

Thank you sooooo much doctor delta for helping my daughter get over her fear and anxiety over getting her teeth filled she's completely out of it and asleep she relaxed as soon as you told her to relax and that she won't feel a thing because of the anaesthetic

The chat part of the app keeps saying that no one is there to take message at this time. Leave your email and they will get back to you or use the app!?! WTH???? I am using the app!! SMH!!!

I love this, because the doctors are kind and patient and take their time figuring out what is wrong and I am now a very happy customer!!
