Extremely poor service all round. Don't bother!

Excellent app

Very Poor Service. Never ever Go for WakeupBasket. Very unprofessional behavior. Relationship manager and customer care people don't know how to talk to customer . Always sends wrong bill. If I ask them to correct then they will put fine. From past four month I was getting around 300 400 extra bill. You have to argue like hell to get corrected your bill. I hated their service. I stopped their service.

Not punctual in delivery... Poor customer support and over charges

Earlier i admired the service and proactive approach of wakeupbasket since last few months they have more of excuses and less service. I am uninstalling it.

Bill generated without any product delivery. I was opted for Amul milk, bread and bislery 20 ltr bottle, but didn't receive the delivery and surprisingly the bill was generated at the end of month for products which are not delivered. It was really very strange.

We caught the delivery boy coming to our door step and then returning away without leaving the milk packets.

No options working except milk

Our milk man just registered with WakeupBasket and its been so comfortable after that.

Unprofessional in response. Unlist the apartments name if you don't deliver. Don't misguide the customer seeing their apartment name in the list.

Excellent concept and simple interface. This milk delivery app has made my life easy as I need not to talk to milkman any more.

Our milkman started milk delivery using this App and its so easy to change my order see history and pay bill.

This app is one of the newest and moderest deliver shop from anywhere of place,people can reach his self by the technology

Poor service.do not care attitude

I have been chasing support team on their email and a number provided by the nearby vendor to get my apartment address added And it hasn't gotten updated in last 10 days. Though mail was sent on 5/19.. Nearby apartments show up in the app. I'll update this rating if my address ever gets updated..

Always they miss atelast 2-3 days in a week for delivery. They have no control on their delivery boys. They just make them fool around. Even for simple milk delivery they just say boy didn come tdy or his milk packts stolen. What a bullßhit it just they online payment i am still continuing but soon turn away if find other vendors.

It was good earlier but now as their customers have started increasing the service has gone worse and they do not keep track of the products or the qty. Billing process is also bad as they do not have track.

Off late, especially July, the services have got erratic. No answers to the Help/Support tickets raised. I'm stopping their services.

Regularly fails to deliver as per order & no consistency in delivery time. Even for basic product like milk, u have to wait till 8.30am which delays ur entire day.

Bad service. Person delivering order should be taught how to behave

Not able to select or enter my apartment name as part of SOCIETY NAME field even services are there in my apartment

No delivery in madinaguda kalki apartments

No notifications... Delivery guy does whatever he wants.. No support.. No response of queries.. Wanted to give ZERO

Problem solver...

Great service and customer response. Hassle free service and timely notifications. Just a suggestion, if they can add the itemized bill at month end. It's not absolutely necessary but provides better transparency in billing and their database already has the info so it should not be any problem. I am recommending this to all my colleagues. Just wanted to know their delivery areas so that I can ask my friends to try them.

Recommendation 1. It shouuld use fb or gmail authentication 2. More user friendly app. 3. It should work without authentication.
