Psych Drugs

Out of date since 2014 or 2015. Very little info other than dosage mgs and primary FDA approval. Missing starting dosages, half lifes, liver metabolites, etc. Other apps from this developer include many joke apps, I'm thinking this "medical" app is another one of them, at least in the sense of functionality and productivity.

Jasmine, nothing but at quack whos probably and addict him self, what the hell we're you "high on" takes one to know one, right? point one finger got four pointing back your self, you are only a nurse practitioner not a real doctor so shut your pie trap, I use to be your patient, you gave me prozac antidepressant, I'm bipolar, big no no, you threw me into a full blown manic episode , deserve to have your licence revoked, MALPRACTICE!

I'm not a doctor, nor do I claim to know what a doctor would about these psychotropic medications.but, I have a general knowledge of them and this app is quite helpful. I've referred it to friends who what to know what their doctor is giving them.

I'm not trying to diagnose myself or anybody else for that matter..but what I am looking for is more information then what I have gotten and/or trying to find out ways to better my diagnosis that I received and trying to find information on ways to see if there is anything I can do to make me better.

Some mg. The DEA had them lower the milligrams per-pill. Not all uses defined.FYI:To person who is looking for meds for Adhd, they are around in NJ. Break out the phone book & call. I had a similar problem. I'm almost content if the DEA wouldn't allow pharmacies to order only X amount of CDS. If you're an adult, with a safe at home, & have major problems I wish they'd stay out of my business. In Time mag. a few years ago it was noted that in the U.S.A., people suffer needlessly. So true.

Meth is an rx marketed under atleast one brand name Dysoxin, under license by Ovations Pharma last i checked... When vi was tested for adhd i went for rather thru 4 hours odd physiological testing... A dr has the right to off label rx a drug so just cuz it's FDA approved for adhd doesn't mean an addiction shrink couldn't use the drug to ween a really hard core meth addict off the stuff... If meth wasn't a legal rx it would be classified as a sch 1 narco no known medical use a opposed to schedule 2

Actually Meth is FDA approved for ADHD. Good luck finding a Dr who is willing to prescribe it though. Its a controlled substance and its illegal to possess sell or use without proper licensing but it is in fact legal for docs to Rx if they want. But its damaging and regular amphetamine salts (Adderall) or methylphenidate aka Ritalin work better.

It's good, but it would be nice if you could search for a drug instead of having to scroll through all of them

My mother had massive stroke while having triple bypass which left her half brain dead and paralised down one side.this app dosnt make me a doctor but at least i know now what the drugs are and what they do for her. so thankyou

After being a certified pharmacy technician for 17 years and now a certified nursing assistant for 3 years. Oh and by the way dealing with a bipolar father, manic depression mother, ptsd brother, and then my other brother has seasonal adjustment disorder plus explosive personality disorder. I can tell you people are NOT dignosing themselves they are just trying to find some type of relief and happiness so they can live their lives. So please don't be so judgemental. Maybe you should look at yourself.

There's a reason why people go to medical school and go through gruesome training to become Doctors. No app can replace that. Unless of course,your aggression is emanating from some substance withdrawal...ha...I see! Why you need this app , that is!

I was hoping for something more than what is listed in the drugs' labels. This app has a subset of the label content, and some it is wrong. Well presented though.

Methamphetamine cannot be legally prescribe to treat anything. It is a schedule one drug on the F.D.A. List of narcotics with no medical benefits. The ramifications the side affects the addictions are much too high to prescribe anything like that. It would be equal rwo prescribing Crack. Methamphetamine would help with concentration for a little while, until you started to lose your sanity, scratch at imaginary spiders under your skin, lose your hair, teeth, Job, money,
