App has never worked for me.. should not even be available it's a piece of crap

I'm able to make payments and report claims using this app. Just awesome.

Can't get pass the login. It deletes the password no matter how many times you put it. The app would be convenient if it actually worked.

Can't log in

This app rarely allows me to log in. After I put in my user and pw it erases my pw and doesn't advance. I haven't been able to log in for weeks. I've also made payments with this app that never completed. Very disappointed. I'll just go through my agent.

It won't process your login attempts, won't hold a verified connection long enough to pay through the app. Just overall a bad app. Website uses a Java plugin so your screwed without a computer

This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Had to cancel my policy.

I have never have issues with the insurance nor the app .. it was very convenient. Unfortunately I have to change due to purchasing a new car and getting a better deal with other company

I work during the hours that my local insurance company is open. This app is the way I pay my car insurance. This app never works! I am constantly fighting with it just to be able to pay my bill online! Fix it!

So I've been trying to set up an account so that I can log on and make my policy payments online. However, the app won't save, or allow me to create an account to do so.

App is ok but dose not save your password like a bank or a more superior site. Other then that and it being slow its ok.
