RunFit for Android
I have submitted case to support, until now the maps still not working, workaround is using the fitness app. I can't use this app even once. As I see the apple app got more regular updates, u really need to put more effort on Android users.
1. You cannot sync your tickrx data to the app like the Apple app. 2. The design is the worst the apple wahoo app is better I suspect that wahoo favors apple over Android since all thier Android apps suck and their Apple apps are way better. Android users I suggest boycotting wahoo products till wahoo wakes up and give us Android the same features as the apple app
Won't connect to tickr. Every other app works fine.. Strava etc. Why bother putting out an app that is plainly broke n.
The app doesn't capture cadence or smoothness measurement, but these measurements show on the utility app. I've contacted support, and they didn't help me. So I spent double the price for a HRM that doesn't do anything special. Wahoo, fix your app!
When you try to calibrate the Tickr Run for treadmill it just exits and never calibrates. Tried from two different phones. The Wahoo Fitness app does calibrate and runs till compete. As far the entering your birthday just press the year and then you can quickly select year.
totally useless the app is bery bad, they have wrong calculations of average, max HR plus the support of the app is very poor they cant even fix a bug i am deleting it.
This app is basically garbage. Every day this week I've spent 30 minutes trying to get my WAHOO HR strap to connect to it. I've never been successful, not once not for one second. I've followed every troubleshooting guide that exists with no results whatsoever. Pure garbage. Wahoo should be embarrassed and ashamed.
No voice for some reason. Also no way to look over individual laps which is important for interval training.
The maps never display and about half the time I can't end a workout. Right now the only running dynamic I get from my Tickr-X is cadence.
Tried repeadly sharing workout results to beachbody and the share button just clicks, syppised to share June 1-8 so please help me today its june 1 my phone is android
Just copy the apple version this one is terrible. Really disappointed
Lacks Google Fit integration.
Please bring cycling to this app
Good for simple HRM in the gym
It looks nice, but it just doesn't work for me. The map screen (swipe from the main HR screen during a run) never worked on my phone. I just got a gray box. The screen doesn't seem to stay on while a workout is going, and once it locks there is no display on the lock screen, (unlike the Strava app). If you hold the lock icon it will lock the app, but it will also darken it and superimpose a lock over it, so the display is not really visible. I want to be able to use the app during a run without having to constantly mess with it to keep my phone from locking, and to be able to lock the app so I don't accidentally press stuff. Additionally, it requires access to local storage and the camera when the app is started, and I can't really figure out why. It should only ask when it needs those capabilities, and it should be obvious why it needs them.
Missing features compared to iOS. Bought a Tickr Run for more data but does not have running smoothness compared to the iOS version. Also accounts don't sync between platforms.
Did work nicely but since last update can no longer export an activity to a gpx file which was best feature of the app as other functionality is quite limited
Bought the Tickr X to use with strength training only to find Android app doesn't have Strength training features like iOS.
This did work great but now just crashes all the time. Won't even open on cardio just crashes. I have sent reports going for a quick fix asap. Samsung S7 and wahoo tickr combination
Very disappointed with the app. 1st iOS has better features. 2nd it doesnt always detect Bluetooth connections and have to remove and re pair every time. Frustrated and let down. Please work on these as its very frustratiomg when the device is almost always not recognised. Hope to see some firmware update.
It just won't detect Tickr X. If you are still working on your app for Android, then you should not have been selling the device for Android. Wahoo fitness detects the module but not this. Now I am stuck with the device till you fix your issues, when I wanted it to work right now.
Many essential features of TICKR like cloud backup or running smoothness are missing. Wahoo's slow development for Android is frustrating.
- No cloud back up options. - The iOS and android accounts do not sync. - Does not sync to my fitness app. - Unable to see smoothness of run etc - Only able to share with a handful of 3rd party apps unlike what wahoo website claims
It works, but it's flawed. It doesn't record data as a service so unless you keep the app on your screen, it's susceptible to being stopped by the OS. The export to Strava doesn't send your heart rate data, only the time spent exercising.
This probably should have been released as a beta to temper expectations...unfortunately there is a mature IOS version to compare it to. It would be great if it had the same functionality as the IOS app, took advantage of Samsungs AOD, Had an Tizen version for Gear S watches and had a screen lock so I could see the display. Samsung knows squat about fitness...can you work together?
Really liked the Heart rate zone indication using wahoobluehr band, but no GPS connection on Samsung S7 the other Wahoo Fitness app works fine though... Please fix/advise. I choose the blue run option..
Won't sync with Garmin Connect.
I would like to buy the tickr x chest strap but unfortunately I see that this app doesn't have a workout feature as it does on iOS. And I'm interested in this just for working out (weights, lifting and cross fit).. cause the chest strap is adapted for these exercises. No luck the APP IS NOT !! You lost a customer or at least until the app is updated!
Coming from an iOS user this version is a shadow of what the iOS can do. The interface is less simple and it's missing the entire strength section which I used often.
Went back to Wahoo fitness app in a day. Smoothness and cadence not measured. Auto pause does not work. No way to customise announcement. When announcement is turned on it only announces at 10k or 1 hour! Also lacking the "double tap on the tracker" feature for certain action such as workout pause or pause music. What is the point of designing a feature rich device when the app cannot access or use the features? It took Wahoo couple of years to develop this app and I think it was intended to replace the seriously outdated Wahoo fitness app but sadly it is broken. Atleast Wahoo fitness app measures workout metric even if it does not have "modern" features such as cloud sync, auto pause, etc
I tried to run Wahoo and Strava at the same time, no luck. Strava with any other app works.
Does not pair with the device. A others wahoo apps work
Update: when I remove the app and reinstall it again, all my workouts are gone, there is no cloud backup, that's really disappointed. Also there is no sync with iOS app, you can't use same account in iOS and Android. What's wrong with Android version, why it's so bad!!
Its a shame that the android app has less features than the ios app...
Hi when are you going to release the workout feature as in the ios app ??
Compact with useful features, but none of the sharing methods for workout log work.
Great app to keep up with my workouts.
Phone free work outs don't sync on Android and doesn't have all the same features as on ios.

Bad UI: If you were born in 1960 you have to swipe over 300 months to set your birthdate. I wish I hadn't bought the stupid Wahoo Tikr now.
