Parts of the app work really well but client information isn't stored on the app, I have to log on to a computer to find any record of clients, even when trying to book them in, it's very annoying and time consuming. I would also love to get an email or notification when a client books in, rather than having to check the diary all the time.

All the time there is an update the app doesn't work well. It's stop and doesn't let you to log in for a few days. Very annoying!

is there any chance to cancel update? I would rate it 5 if yes

This doesn't let me confirm bookings or view e-voucher details on my mobile without asking me to download the whole app. I have the latest version uninstalled and reinstalled again!

This app used to sync with Google Calendar appointments and showed my busy time as blocked out, so I wouldn't get a Treatwell booking if I had one of my own clients booked in. It no longer recognises appointments from my Google Calendar, so it looks like I'm free. It has become useless.

When it was wahanda it was possible to change appointment times and days or cancel a booking. Now every time a booking needs to be changed you must get in touch with customer service. When the salon is busy or a last minute appointment is booked in and you do not have time to book it in on treatwell appointments are colliding and clients must be contacted or you must call customer service. This is very frustrating on a busy day

Was a fantastic app when it was wahanda but when it changed to treatwell it went down hill late notifications, not loading up, would not let me add appointments not impressed!

Used to work well, i could pretty much run my bookings from my phone. Long story short -it would no load tomorrow day-keeps saying "something unexpected happened ". It is quite awful to just be able to book today, but not be able to even see tomorrow's bookings. Saddest thing is i would have given it 5 stars half a year ago.

Had the app for 3-6 months now and only since treatwell took over has it stopped working. Fix it please!

How can you work appointments from something that doesn't work properly .. caused me nothing but problems

So annoying worked well for around a month then just stopped working. Was great when it worked. Have reinstalled but still same problem.

The app just keeps crashing when i try to open it. It's a shame because the Wahanda website and service is great. Hope this can be fixed.
