Wadi - Online Shopping App

Obtaining an order with wadi is like having a stressful day, thats how I experienced it. I cancelled my order due to a 3 days delayed on the item and customer service just hold me on line for 8 minutes which cost me 15 SR load. Just disgusted on how they handled customers, it's unprofessional, delayed and just plain disgusting. I thought ordering online is a worry-free system but they proved me wrong.

I have searched for a while and i have not found what i want in a studio recording. You dont have studio monitors, midi keyboards, interface, studio mixers and others why? Hope you put those things coz we really use them but i like wadi though it's very disgusting when you search for something for two or more and you don't find. Work on that

Always application is not open completely who's made this application he don't know regarding business software. When I am going to open some product immediately one message appear on the screen sorry error occurred try later. When that latter comes I don't know

This is the first time of ordering from wadi and they gave me 50%discount plus my coupon. After placing my order, they said the laptop was out of stock. I tried ordering for another laptop with the coupon but they said it has exceeded its limit. Please give customers precise inforabout available offers and not the once out of stock Another thing the COD is so high compare to others and the app is so difficulty for me to navigate unlike Souq. I could not even open a account with the app. I hope you guys improve and work on these.

The price suddenly change when i proceed to check out it shoots up dramaticaly,and i dont know if i am debited on my card coz after i input the card info,the next page is just blank,im talking about the actual price not the shippingg fee-addedum-my housemate ordered the same item but the price does'nt change to what is posted,he made the order few minutes after i tried,

Wadi scammer The app is OK but when you buy something that they discounted for about 80% they will going to tell you after you purchase it, its out of stock please choose another item on the Web, they are all scammer Heres my order # SA518011253

Application is not user-friendly, there is no icon for managing account or create a new account. I accessed the website to create a new account but for couple of days there is error in registration. First impression, it is not professional.

I am about to buy a ipad air 2 and I am wondering if it is new and does the charger included.... THERe is also discrepancy between the name of the product (which is ipad air 2) and the one written in description (ipad mini 3)

I ordered a melamine royal ford plate that cost 59 riyals just for one plate? Your display in your apps wadi did not show how many plates a 59 riyals should be...it is so costly to buy it..i thought it is 10 pieces of plate..it is much better for me to buy it in carrefour or any other syore that tells you it was a 10 plates pieces for 59 riyals...you haved displayed the wrong information in your wadi apps..its bad for people who trusted you to give the real.details on your apps or site..
