نحن فريق عمل سعودي ولدت لدينا مطلع العام الهجري 1429 فكرة تنفيذ مشروع مكتبة (عربية ـ ثقافية ـ تربوية) على الشبكة العنكبوتية العالمية، ولتحقيق تلك الفكرة تقنياً تم التواصل مع العديد من الاستشارات العلمية التي آذنت بعون من الله بانطلاق منهل الثقافة التربوية وذلك يوم السبت المصادف الثامن والعشرين من شهر ربيع الأول 1429هـ الموافق الخامس من إبريل 2008م .
