مدارس دار الثقافة

هي بيت الثقافة .... حيث للثقافة مفاهيم مختلفة باختلاف الأجناس والأزمنة والشعوب ، وهي تدل على مجموعة من المعارف والمهارات التقنية والذهنية ، وأنماط مـن التصرف والسلــوك التي تميـز الأفراد والمجتمعات والشعوب .
وللثقافة أبعاد تتجاوز حدود المعرفة والتعليم حيث تفرض غنىً ذهنياً وخلقياً يبقى أثــره في الفــرد وبهذا فإن المثقف هو الإنسان المتعلم القادر على الإفادة من معرفته في ترقيـة مهاراتـه ، وتنميـة ملكاته ، وتهذيب ذوقه ، وتسديد رأيه ، وترجيح عقله ، والمتسلح بفكر سليم متقد ، وأخلاق فاضلة عظيمة ، فيسخر كل هذه المعطيات لخدمة دينه ومبادئه ، ورفعة أمتـه ووطنـه ومجتمعـه ، ونفــع الإنسانية جمعـاء .
من خلال هذه المفاهيم والتوجهات السابقة كانت الانطلاقة الأولى لمـدارس دار الثقافـة الأهليـة ، فكانت المرحلة الابتدائية نقطة الانطلاق والنواة الأولى حيث تــأسست عــام 1412 هـ ثـم افتـتــح القسـم المتوسط عام 1416 هـ والقسم الثانوي عام 1424 هـ .
وقد قامت المدارس باستقطاب كوكبة من المعلمين المتميزين في جميـع التخصصـات والإدارييـن والمرشدين فكان لهم الفضل بعد الله سبحانه وتعالى في النهوض بها بعزم صادق ، وهمة لا تكل ، وتكامل في الأدوار والمهام ، فتكونت بها أسرة تعليمية متجـانسـة متـرابطـة قــادرة على تذليـــل الصعاب ، واضعة نصب أعينها كل ما فيه خدمة التعليم ورفعة التربية .
وقد قامت المدارس بافتتاح (( مركز للإشراف التربوي والتطوير )) يقوم عليه نخبـة مــن المشرفيـن التربويين المتقاعدين من وزارة التربية في جميع التخصصات فكـانت إضـافـة مميـزة ســاهمت في تحسين الأداء ورفع مستواه.
وأخيراً قامت المدارس بافتتاح قسم (( للجودة الشاملة )) في مجال التربية والتعليم امتداداً لحرصها على الإجادة والإتقان والإحسان ، يقوم عليه زملاء مختصيـن فـي الجــودة ، تمشيـاً مـع التوجهـات الحديثة التي تسعى إلى تعميم مفهوم الجودة في كل المجالات والأعمال.
لقد سعينا لإنجاز كل جهد يفضي إلى صنع مناخ تربوي سليــم يشتمل علـى التطـويـر والتحسين ، ويشجع الابتكار والتجديد ، ويستفيد الاستفادة القصوى من التقنيات الحديثة التي ترتقي بالأساليـب والطرق واضعين الشعار الذي ارتضيناه ((رقي في التربية وتميز في التعليم)) أمام أبصارنا ، جاهدين وداعين الله سبحانه الإعانة على استمرار الأداء الراقي والنتائج المميزة .
