台灣彰化縣慈化慈善會

一、本會的成立：本會的成立，是集合具有相同理念，願意奉獻愛心，關懷社會的善心人士，發揮「人溺己溺」的美德，付諸實際行動而成立〈創立於民國七十二年，並於七十八年十一月十二日正式立案〉的非營利社團。



二、我們的宗旨：結合善心人士擴大服務社會，造福人群。


三、我會的會員：凡贊同我們的宗旨者皆可申請入會。



四、我們的服務：以彰化縣行政管轄範圍，包括急難救助，及一般社會福利活動。



五、我們的會費：一般會員每月繳納會費貳百元，可依個人意願做彈性繳納，及一般社會福利或活動。



六、我們的經費：來源包括會員會費、社會善士捐贈及舉辦各種活動收入等‧並按月公佈。



七、我們的期望：歡迎社會熱心人士，踴躍加入本會為會員，一起幫助些最需要幫助的人，使他們感受到社會的溫情，共創慈善事業於千秋。
