I have paid my landline bill and at payment page error occurred which I don't know how so thought that money has not been debited hence tried again but similar case happened one more time so I called up them & they from ahead informed me that twice my amount has reached them as since even after knowing the fact they denied to give my money back stating it is not in their policy and they will adjust in future billing considering me as defaulter who will runaway and not pay next bill.

To many ads and best feature Of is connection not available ,not able to pay the bill, bad work a fresher will do better job then this
