In creating this application I envisaged a sort of ‘virtual protocol assistant’ as an aide de’ camp (ADC) to protocol officers, more emphasis was placed into its ease of use such as scrollability, compact nature and having a smooth outlay.

I have dug further into the need for such a tool for protocol officers and how vital it is to have one of it installed on any of their handhelds and the almost neglected role played by social networks such as twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest .
