It said hi friend 3 times. Too much advertising very confusing

It's just a chat bot, and not a good one. I say "I want to buy a floral skirt", it says "what will you give me?" I say "I want to buy a video game", it says "you do you." I wouldn't mind that it's a bot instead of a personal shopping service (like it's advertised) if it actually WORKED, but it doesn't. It takes your "I want to buy a....." and replies with nonsense.
