With this Android app you can order a DNR-pendant.

A DNR pendant is a pendant on a necklace that indicates that you don't wish to be resuscitated in case of a cardiac arrest.

We are Kado-foto, a Dutch company. We make neutral, custom, DNR pendants. Our pendants are made of engraved high quality stainless steel or titanium.

Our DNR-pendants are neutral. DNR-text, name, date of birth, signature and photo are engraved on the pendant, so it is very complete and official. But it is best to check the local law and legislation in your state first, because there may be variations in DNR-regulation. We can customize your pendant, so it will be legitimate in your state/country.
