If you have auto refill and plan on porting to another company be sure to cancel at least a week ahead of the payment. The auto refill auto reloaded on my account I no longer have and I just had to eat 50 dollars because of there refill rules. Also you have to deal with them directly not NET10 for any payment issuses. Been a very frustrating couple of days.....

I was kind of sceptic at first, after reading some of the reviews. Non the less, I figured I would give it a try. Everything worked as expected, I provided my information within the app & from start to finish my phone was back on under 3 min. Auto-refill did work, but they send you an e-mail with a pin, just in case auto-refill did not work. I am happy so far, I will change to 5 stars after a second successive purchase. Thanks!

Scam artists. Charged my credit card twice in one month. Service is pathetic. Paying for unlimited plan and takes an hour to download apps and 20 minutes for videos to load. Waste of time and money.

I've used net10 for years now, never had a problem with the app until a week ago when it says that my phone has been infected and to download this app( enabling a back door to steal senative phone info ) . So summary the service provider app seems like it was very well hacked.
