This course also provides students with the information and concepts of planning and scheduling a project. The Application of Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling, characteristic, advantages, disadvantages and the functions of various types of critical path method will expose students to computer applications or other database software.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:

1. Explain clearly the concepts and processes in a project management
2. Display technical skills on using Microsoft Project or other database software in project management
3. Practice values of entrepreneurial skills through the assigned task
