after each site visit they should fill an online report from any tablet or mobile phone including a GPS location to make sure they are really onsite and not filling this report from another place, arrival time and leave time from site to know how many hours or minutes they spent in each clients place, in addition to a live picture they take from the devices camera to assure that their job is done properly with documentation.
after this, the customer can do an online signature using his finger on the device and he can write a review about the services and click submit.
when the customer submit the form, an automated email will be sent to the customer itself, to the employee manager, and to any email the administration choose to add. with this features both customer and management can have now a documentation for each site visit also in case of a sales team using this app, instead of waiting till late night to reach the office and give his papers to the administrator and wait till the second day for his items to be ready, just submitting an online order with the customer approval and signature and the order will go to production.
