Hector Cavehouse

Hector Cavehouse was dug in the caldera cliff by local farmers in the 1700’s. Today is a comfortable home that accommodates travelers from around the world.
The Hector Cavehouse, carved into the unique caldera cliff for more than 250 years, was originally used as a wine cellar (“the canava”). The traditional “canava” became a family owned summer house, which then opened its doors to share its unique character to travellers from around the world.
