This app was designed to help you find a Lyme Disease practitioner near you. Practitioners are sorted by their treatment methods - Conventional (antibiotics), Holistic (herbs, homeopathy, etc), or Integrative (both).

- Easily show and remove practitioners from the map by selecting or deselecting treatment methods in the "Filter" section.
- You can also add practitioners to the map.
- The map also includes Lyme Disease treatment centers.
- View all of the practitioners in an alphabetical list.
