Deze app is ontwikkeld om lotgenoten met een chronische aandoening samen te brengen. Via deze social community komen zij met elkaar in contact en delen lief en leed met elkaar.

De app beschikt over een persoonlijke profielpagina waarin men zelf lotgenoten kan zoeken en toevoegen. Foto's kunnen worden gedeeld en de dagelijkse bezigheden worden besproken. Er zijn altijd lotgenoten die voor elkaar klaar staan wanneer het even tegenzit!
