Empress Moon Emporium

First established in 2010, Empress Moon Emporium is a family owned & operated online store located in North Carolina. Though we focus on the pagan and wiccan community, our customers are not exclusively pagan. We carry a wide variety of goods (incense, candles, celtic & fairy jewelry, etc.) that appeal to pagans & non-pagans alike. We even have customers in non-pagan churches that come to us for incense and unadorned chalices because they have found our prices, product quality and customer service to be better than those of companies that cater to their own particular faiths :-)

Our goals are simple:

To provide a wide variety of high quality pagan, wiccan & "new age" products to our customers. From jewelry and books to ritual supplies and home decor, we take pride in offering thousands of products to our customers. Our hope is to give our customers a one stop shop for all of their ritual & metaphysical needs. We source our products from a wide variety of artists and vendors to provide a unique shopping experience. With the exception of certain jewelry items noted on the site as custom orders, all of our products are kept in stock in our own warehouse. We are not a drop-shipper that simply passes your order along to another store for processing.

To offer fair & affordable pricing. We know that people are always looking for ways to save money, particularly in today's difficult economy. Many products in the new age market are not readily available in standard stores and if you have been browsing the pagan & wiccan market you have no doubt seen that many stores use this as an opportunity to overprice their offerings. We offer our products at the most affordable prices we can, with most of our items discounted as much as 15% off of manufacturer suggested retail prices. We choose to discount across the board so that everyone gets discount prices on every order instead of only giving price breaks to the hearty souls who scour the web for coupons and promotion codes.

To provide a discreet shopping experience. We understand that many of our customers would prefer not to receive packages that scream "I am buying pagan and wiccan supplies" ... even those who are out of the broom closet may have neighbors or delivery people who are less than understanding about pagan faiths. For that reason, our company name and logo will not appear on your package. If your package is shipping to a United States address, all that is on our shipping labels and boxes is your address, our company initials and our return address.

To provide a safe & secure shopping venue. We have SSL secure checkout. Once your order is processed, any credit card information is removed from our records. All orders are checked to ensure that the billing information provided on the order is a match against the credit card information on file with the bank (or, for PayPal orders, that the order is shipping to a confirmed address on the PayPal account). For customers not comfortable paying online, we also accept money order payments by mail.

To protect the privacy of our customers. We never sell your contact information to outside companies and we will never call you unless there is a problem with your order. We do not send catalogs or advertisements to your physical mailing address. Unless you sign up for our newsletter, your e-mail address will only be used to send communication specifically related to orders placed on the site.
