This application requires an EZ-VRC subscription.
Version 2.0 integrates with the industry leading IP-based irrigation system controller (Irrigation Caddy) from KGControls, NT and IMT Series thermostats from Proliphix, Web Relays from ControlByWeb, and the SmartLinc Central Controller and ISY-99i from Insteon.
It provides a single interface for multi-device status and control; providing anytime/anywhere access and instant text message alerts.
This application is great for homeowners as well as for landlords and commercial property owners looking to save time and money managing their properties.
This application is served from the cloud in a fully redundant, highly available, secure and elastic data center. Since the information is in the cloud, your device settings are held intact from season to season and downloadable to new devices. It also allows for public services such as local weather forecasts to be tied into your remote control decisions.
For Irrigation Control, you can:
- Define Programs and Schedules
- Monitor and Control Zones
- Water on Demand
- Check Zone Status and Rain Sensor
- Remotely Activate/Deactivate System
- Factor in Local Weather
- Receive Alerts (e.g., Local Weather Considerations)
For Thermostat Control, you can:
- Monitor Current Temperature
- Create and Activate Daily Schedules
- Override Schedules
- Hold Temperature Settings
- View Temperature Related Alerts
- Control System Settings (Cool, Heat, Auto, Fan)
- Receive Threshold Crossing Alerts
For Door Control, you can:
- Check the Door/Gate Status
- Open/Close Doors and Gates
- Receive State Change Alerts (SMS or Email)
This application also support webcams from Foscam, Dericam, Agasio, and Wanscam.
This version also includes a multi-purpose status and control solution supporting both Insteon and ControlByWeb technology.
