Kia Ora, my name is Andrew Welch I am a Travel Broker aligned to Stella Travel Services, based in sunny Nelson, New Zealand. I specialise in offering outstanding service, quality and value for my clients.

My professional objectives are the culmination of a breadth of relevant international travel knowledge and award winning professional experience. I have traveled extensively through over 50 countries spanning 5 continents and lived with the locals in the U.K, South East Asia, U.S.A and Australia. These life experiences mean that I can confidently give personal recommendations and suggest destinations that may not have been considered before by my clients.

I am passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer service to my clients. I will meet their personal preferences and budget with 100% attention to detail, and if required I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I am proactive and will always seek new ways to help make your leisure travel more enjoyable, your business travel more efficient and effective, and your adventure travel more enjoyable. I achieve this through a mutually satisfying consultative process that results in a real understanding of your goals. No trip is too big! No trip is too small!

I have over fifteen years experience in providing outstanding customer service to my clients in the hospitality and travel industries:
1. Owning and operating the international award winning A La Carte Restaurant in Wellington.
2. Ten years management in the hospitality industry in Los Angeles, London and Sydney
3. Seven years of success in corporate and retail travel consulting in Sydney for a variety of successful blue chip corporations, including:

Through Stella Travel Services, GO Holidays and other travel sources, I can provide a variety of choice and value for money for all your travel requirements. We are TAANZ & IATA accredited, giving you financial security as your money is held secure in trust accounts from the time you make a booking.

I can be contacted via email, or phone Monday-Friday 9am - 7:00pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pm. Should you require a face to face consultation I am also available to visit you in the Nelson region or will invite you to discuss your plans at my Richmond based office.
