O que é a Ouvidoria Municipal?
É uma linha direta de comunicação entre o cidadão e a Prefeitura, que visa melhorar a qualidade dos serviços oferecidos à população.

Como funciona?
A Ouvidoria recebe as informações dos cidadãos e as encaminha aos órgãos responsáveis para que estes possam respondê-las e solucioná-las.

Quando a Ouvidoria deve ser acionada?
Quando o cidadão tiver alguma dúvida, sugestão ou reclamação. Quando o órgão da Prefeitura procurado, por algum motivo, não tiver proporcionado resposta ou solução a determinado pedido. E quando o serviço solicitado pelo cidadão não for executado no prazo estipulado pelo órgão responsável.

Para acionar a Ouvidoria, o cidadão precisa se identificar?
Sim, a Ouvidoria não processa informações sem identificação, mas quando necessário mantém em sigilo os dados pessoais, pois só assim poderá dar um retorno adequado ao cidadão.

O que deve ser informado a Ouvidoria?
Nome completo, CPF, e-mail, telefone e endereço. A reclamação, sugestão ou dúvida de forma clara contendo informação sobre o local, fato e data do ocorrido. What is the Municipal Ombudsman?
