Many states use EPPICARD®* debit cards for distributing child support payments to custodial parents as well as many other kinds of payments. Getting your debit card balance from a smartphone via browser has been very difficult... until now! Balance Checker for EPPICARD® debit cards lets you log in and view your balance quickly with just a PIN# you set up. Now gives users access to statements too!
I am a single parent. I collect child support on an EPPICARD® and after years of not being able to get my balance without paying 50 cents every time or spending 5 minutes trying to go to the www.eppicard.com website on my phone, I finally broke down and created this App. I liked it so much I wrote it for iPhones too and shared it with you.

I lost my password, and Bob was extremely helpful. In addition to explaining how to reset the password, he included simple yet thorough instructions in order to ensure I connected my account correctly. Thank you Bob for being so courteous!!!

I have been using this app for about 6 months now. I love being able to check my balance while on the go. However, recently Utah did an upgrade to their website, and now I can't log on. It errors out every time. Please help!!!! I'm not sure if this will work anymore, so please get back to me asap!

It worked well till I got a letter in the mail saying they are switching cards. Got my new card in the mail. Activated created a new account. Then went to the app reset the credentials several times still will not work!!!

Was working good but now my state updated their program to a different one and now this app does not work for me, I sent email to tech but no word back so I need a refund since I can't use app anymore. If you live in Illinois do not get, it is a waste of money.

Very convenient, easy access, the sign in process was a breeze. However you have to know your username and password from the child support site.

I just purchased this app, after reading mixed comments... But I had no problems logging in...I didn't have to go to the eppic site and reset password, which was a complaint for many...I am pleased...$1.99 well spent.

I downloaded the app and it wasn't allowing me to connect my account tried for like 3 days and finally selected contact support. I sent an email and within 5 minutes I received a response, first it was the basic trouble shooting and when that didn't clear the issue I was directed to call a rep, and he took me straight to the problem and now I am able to log in. Customer support/service is EVERYTHING to me.
